Oceanfront, Renovated & Accessible Downtown Kona - Beautiful Ocean Views! 1st Fl

As a Hawaii resident of 27 years visiting from Makaha, O’ahu, I can honestly say I don’t impress easily, yet I was. I especially enjoyed the large Oceanview lanai (the pool you see in the photos is on an adjacent property but you still have a sense of privacy) where we could lounge to amazing sunsets ands play cards at the table in the evenings. This is also a great location for exploring…close enough to the main strip and yet not too close. Another pleasant surprise was the very well stocked beach closet. Everything we need was provided. Highly recommend.

Amazing views and the sound of the ocean. The place was spotless. Lave lake access was beyond amazing to watch as the sunset on the day. A short walk to the large pool. All the comforts of home are included in this amazing first floor condo. The AC provided relief from the humidity. Great communication with the host. We were able to spot dolphins from the Lanai and enjoy relaxing breakfasts there as well. The condo is well stocked and the beach chairs and snorkel gear are a bonus. Very close to nice beaches and snorkel area. The parking spot outside the door is very convenient as well. My family would stay here again in a heartbeat. Nothing like hearing the sounds of the ocean and seeing beautiful sunsets.

Beautiful Sunset view from the lanai! Communication with host was amazing and very responsive. Helped make arrangements for our arrival. Condo was very clean and stocked with absolutely anything you would ever need. Joel was great! Met him the first day super helpful and gave us some recommendations on where to eat! Great location and close to downtown Kona. Saw dophins swim by every morning paired perfectly with a cup of coffee! Quiet complex. Pool was perfect for a quick dip after a long day. It does have alot of rules if you have young kids who like to play, splash, use floaties or older kids who like to play Marco polo or throw a ball probably not the pool for you. Wonderful stay for our family!

This was a lovely place to stay in every way. The condo had everything you could need, plus a beautiful view and great location. Would highly recommend!

Great location! The lanai has a beautiful view of the ocean. Jason is super responsive.

We absolutely loved this location. Being right on the ocean was such a highlight. We watched a cruise ship come in on one of the mornings. We also saw a pod of dolphins one morning. The beds were comfortable and the apartment had all we needed. If I gave any complaints it would be just the temperature. We are mainlanders coming from no humidity. The A/C units and fans never cooled the place down cooler than 77 degrees. It was a bit warm for what we are used to sleeping in. The location was great for us to visit all over the island. We even enjoyed the pool on one of our days.

We had a wonderful stay, very clean, great location all the amenities, and amazing view.

Do yourself a favor, go to Kona and stay here. Just amazing.

Was very easy to feel right at home as soon as you walked in. Place has everything you need. The host had excellent communication with everything. Place is perfectly located in the town of Kona. My husband and I loved it! Quiet community, great views- we gathered every night to watch the sunset. Kona is simply magical and we never wanted to leave. Would absolutely stay here again!!

We were in town for 2.5 weeks leading up to the 2024 Ironman world championship. Jason and Emme‘s apartment has a great location, is super convenient, well equipped and very well maintained. We enjoyed it from start to finish. Also, Jason has done a great job as a host, sharing lots of valuable information. We would love to stay in this condo again, if we get a chance to return to this beautiful island one day. Mahalo!
