Oceanfront Queen's Grant Condo Tide-the-Knot with Breathtaking Ocean Views!

We have been going to Topsail beach for 35 years. The slow non flashy atmosphere is our favorite. This condo is our new favorite to rent. The location is perfect to town or the southern tip of the island. The ocean side view and deck is gorgeous. Perfect for the sunrise. The back deck view of the sound is beautiful perfect for the sunsets. The classy decorating, the inviting bedroom, the fluffy bath towels, the big soft beach towels, the beach chairs, the beach umbrella, the beach Shinumi, the blankets, the books, the games, the coffee latte or hot chocolate, the beautiful kitchen glasses and the polywood deck chairs. So many things that enhance a beautiful beach experience. Counting the days till we can return.

I can’t praise this place enough! My husband and I travel often and had high expectations for this place - and it surpassed every hope we had. I’m so glad we chose to splurge to stay here. Gorgeous decor, modern and well maintained - the unit is even better in person. So many extras made for a comfortable stay - with laundry detergent, an amply stocked kitchen, soaps, beach toys and chairs, abundant towels and blankets. It was still family friendly and easy to child proof. (My kids loved having 2 sets of bunk beds!)What a gorgeous, extra rental. The unit was quiet, the beach was nearly empty (even in the first week of August). And waking up with the sunrise and ocean views at our window… it was paradise.Iris and Chip, thank you for permitting us to rent your little slice of paradise!!! What a gem. We can’t wait to come back!

We had the best week at Topsail Beach. We always stay at Queen’s Grant but this unit is by far the best one we’ve stayed in. They provided everything: beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, beach toys, etc. We can’t wait to go back!

Great vacation and condo is a gem. Steps from the beach and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Wow this Condo was one of the best equipped and cleanest places we have booked-and we travel a lot! There are so many homey touches like throw blankets and a well equipped kitchen. It was a condo but felt private. The bed was very comfortable and the master bedroom was huge! The views are amazing, we saw dolphins almost daily. We have been to OBX many times, Kure, Carolina beach, etc and Topsail is a hidden gem! The beach is amazing, water is just the right amount of action for kids and this property is a great location. The owners were super nice! Thanks for a great stay

The owners of the Vrbo were both responsive and accommodating when I had to change the dates of my stay. They worked with my schedule graciously and responded to any questions I had quickly. The condo was clean and charming, a definite place to visit again in the future.

Exceeded our expectations: squeaky clean, light and airy, thoughtfully decorated, and phenomenal location as the beach is footsteps away and the view from the east balcony is spectacular, the west view balcony offers pretty sunsets over the harbor inlet. Everything we needed was there - definitely one of the best stocked VRBO’s - we were thankful the hosts provided beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella (and other beach toys). I highly recommend choosing Tide the Knot for your Topsail vacation!

From the moment we opened the door to the beautiful condo ,everything was perfect. Very comfortable,new ,and smelled fresh. the views are the best.The condo had everything. Washer/dryer,coffee,spices,beach towels and chairs. nothing was missing. I have nothing but great things to say and will definately be back. The owners are wonderful and communicate well. We had the most relaxing time. The pool was great. the condo is quiet and made for relaxation and fun!

I can't say enough good things about this property. Everything is clean and bright. The property is well stocked and had everything we needed. The view from both decks is perfect. The pool included was a nice option and break from the beach. We loved our stay and hope to return!

This is by far the best stocked house we’ve ever rented. Anything we needed was already there. The house is gorgeous, everything looks brand new and high end, and it’s all so comfortable and stylish! It fit our family of 6 very easily. The view out the windows/sliding doors is a million dollar view of the ocean. The condo’s pool and sunset view on the other side of the street was great too. We would love to come back, highly recommend!
