Great location, great view, nicely decorated, and all the necessities.

The view was stunning. Loved waking up to a clear view of the ocean. Easily accessible out to the beach as well. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Cute, beachy vibe. No screen door on the front door which was a bummer because we wanted to leave it open to hear the waves! Also, the parking situation was a bit complicated until we figured it out. Overall it was a fun location and nice place to stay.

Overall very good

My wife and five children stayed for a week. We had an awesome vacation. The unit had a great setup and there was enough room for us all. The place could use a little tlc (Remotes had no batteries, some of the beach equipment was unusable, other small repairs needed). That being said I still rate it 5 stars and we would stay there again.

We loved our stay at Carolina Beach. The condo had everything you could need and even some extras. In my experience normally overflow items like salt/pepper, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher packets, sponges, cleaning products, even toilet paper are removed. That was not the case here which eliminated the need to buy or bring. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants or the boardwalk. Parking was at times annoying due to not being able to squeeze through the outlets or contacting someone to move their car, but every place down there had the same style of parking. We basically exchanged numbers and texts with our fellow condo parking mates and reviewed our schedule early each day so no one would be blocked in.

The ultimate place to relax. Condo was clean, and had everything we needed. Great access to the beach, and within walking distance to the boardwalk and pier. The fireworks Thursday night were amazing! Will definitely be coming back and our kiddo didn’t want to leave. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great Property/Rental! Great location, walking distance to the boardwalk. Beautiful view of the beach with easy access to the beach! Everything in the unit was very clean and comfortable. You may want to reach out beforehand to request the parking pass, especially if you don't have access to a printer, at least 1-2 days before your stay. Otherwise, overall great play to stay, would definitely return for another stay here!

Great little condo right on the beach within walking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants! We stayed with our 2 young kids and had an amazing time! It was clean and stocked with everything you need and more for a little beach getaway!

I searched for a House on the beach. I ended up on the third floor of a condo.The security was not as expected. Someone could have gone over the railing onto our balcony with little effort.The parking was enough of a concern that we left a day early.

Great location that says far enough away from the business of Carolina Beach, but still close enough to walk to the shops, restaurants in my nitelife! Right on the beach… with a very clean swimming pool. We stayed on the third floor and enjoyed a beautiful sunrise every morning overlooking the beach.Inside, we had everything we needed. Very cozy and comfortable beach feel and slept very well after a day in the sun.They would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay there again ourselves!

This property was great! We loved everything about it and the location was perfect. Only thing to note is that this unit is on the third floor, and there are no elevators, so if walking up 3 flights of stairs is something that deters you I wouldn't book this one.

We loved this place and would return again. Parking is tricky, as is at most places on the beach, but we had no issues. The third floor is a bit of a climb, but the view was spectacular and the place was clean, quiet and peaceful. Thanks again!

Relaxing, enjoyable

Overall it was a good stay. The property needs a little maintenance (toilet paper holder broken, no batteries in remote and missing backs, floor separating from house settling, needs some paint). Kitchen was well stocked and the towels were nice and large. We were warned about the parking ahead of time, as it can be tight and you may need to call someone to move their car. Again location was great with only a 6 minute walk to the boardwalk. Unit is right on the ocean.

Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay for the weekend. Great ocean view from main bedroom, balcony, and living room.

Our favorite VRBO, bar none. We travel a lot, making sure we visit all 4 of our kids, so we use VRBO all the time. We can sincerely say, this vacation home is the perfect combination of everything that make a stay truly special. It has a perfect location, (on the beach and surrounded by restaurants and activities), it has a great floor layout, brand new amenities and the check-in process was flawless. We are already planning our return trips!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exactly as the pictures. Loved the large deck and beautiful view. Was also in a very good location. Would definitely stay here again. Our visit was from 9/26/24-10/01/23.

Very nice location. The porch was perfect place to hang out when we couldnt get down to the water with our 7 month old. The umbrella and other beach supplies provided was a really nice addition. Nice layout.

This property is located on the beach. A third floor apartment with an ocean view. Y’all gotta check out Nollie’s taco joint. That’s why we picked this place. A 5 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay at Carolina beach. We arrived at check in but to our suprise the access code provided by a elock service was not working. We contacted the owner and could not get ahold of him for 30 mins. We waited at the 3rd floor door with groceries and three kids for a call back. After leaving a Vm and them getting sent to Vm about 4 times I finally get a text about the lock. I figured out The lock was actually a day behind when the code worked the next day. How does that even happen? The parking at this place is not good at all. If you have an emergency you have to call the people parked in front of you or behind you to let you out. Not very parking friendly. Better be prepared to walk places which the boardwalk is just a short walk. The apartment needs some serious maintenance. The sliding glass doors are falling off tracks and are very hard to open, the kitchen floor felt like it was gonna fall in if I stood on it. We did notify the owner about this. The pull out couch had so much dog hair on it we couldn’t sleep on it and my husband had an allergy attack from it. Cleanliness isn’t the best at this place. Overall it was tolerable but not what we paid tolerable. The tenants that were staying across from us smoked weed non stop all day long for 4 days.paid tolerable.

We had a great time. The condo is walking distance to the board walk, shops and restaurants. The view from the porch is amazing. We would definitely stay here again. The host is easy to contact and returns

This condo made for a perfect week at the beach! It is simple but enough. The owner was easy to communicate with, space was clean, amenities were well taken care of and the view of the beach is the best! We'll be back.
