Our condo had 2 balconies with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Loved sitting out to read, relax and enjoy the view. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have 2 kings. The beach is wide and flat, great for walking. Beach chairs, ironing board and iron, vacuum, broom, extra sheets and pillows, were provided. Starting toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pellets, dishwasher liquid was nice touch. Two pools are very nice. TVs easy to work. Entryway has a nice bench to put on shoes and hooks for hanging coats hats etc. Very nice stay!

Great location!

The condo was exactly as pictured-modern beach decor, clean and bright. I could see the ocean from the kitchen sink and from the bed in the primary bedroom. We were very comfortable. I really enjoyed afternoons walking on the beach or reading on the balcony, looking out at the ocean. The place was in a great location, walkable to a number of restaurants. We loved the proximity to St. Augustine Old Town. Would stay here again-highly recommend!

Condo was very nice! Very clean, decor was lovely. Loved sitting out on the balconies listening to the waves from the ocean. Not a complaint but just for info for anyone looking at this condo and wondering how the beds sleep…. Bed in master with balcony is very firm, bed in other master not quite as firm as the other one. Great communication between us and the owners, no problems with entry to condo, no problems with condo.

Really enjoyed this unit. The beds and baths were absolutely fantastic. The kitchen was ok. The living room looked very nice but was very uncomfortable. ITrip staff was very responsive, professional and a joy to work with.

The condo was spotless and had everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation. Beautiful beach and pool views from both balconies. Location was great and close to all must see attractions. Quick walk to the beach. Highly recommend this rental property!

We had a great time at this property in St. Augustine Beach. It was our first visit to the area and we will be coming back. Highly recommend this condo through this ownership/property management group. David was quick to respond and very communicative. We had no issues during our stay. We would recommend this location to anyone!

Stay was good, beds and pillows VERY hard- I have a bad neck so it was difficult. Other than that, great location in front of pool for granddaughter to watch for kids. Easy beach access.

Enjoyed every aspect of this property from the condo to the pools to the beach including the beautiful grounds and surroundings. The only complaint is the parking. There is no parking for guests. This caused unwanted anxiety and discussion about parking (the lack of) as we had guests that could NOT park on the property.

Exactly as described. Immaculate, everything you need, great view of pool and beach from both levels. Walking distance to putt putt golf, restaurants, grocery and shopping. Highly recommend!

This newly remodeled 2 floor condo was spacious and very nicely remodeled. The property manager was so friendly and even brought us a boogie board, extra chair, and some extra Tupperware and hangers during our stay. The beds were comfortable and we all slept really well. Thanks for a great time at St Augustine. We will definitely try to book another one of your properties for next year!

We had to bring outer 2 corgis last minute. They were very accommodating. Resort was pet friendly as was the beach. Very calming, easy beach access and to many restaurants. Our apartment was exactly as described.

Beautiful condo very comfortable, great location 2 nice pools

Had our first family road trip from NJ to FL and stayed in St Augustine. The property was beautiful, had a great location and met all our needs. Would definitely come back again and again.

This place was very good for several reasons. The unit is very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and other items needed. The appliances are new and run well. We enjoyed the setup of rooms- 2 king bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs with room to sleep more on downstairs sofa. It was very quiet the entire time we were there. Close to the beach and very nice pool! Convenient to shopping. Would rent again if in the area.

This unit is perfect. Its beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The property is beautiful with the view of the pool and beach. Landscaping is so pretty. Location fantastic.

My family and I had a great stay. Our kids loved being able to bounce around from the beach to the heated pool and the other pool. As a parent, it was convenient to have the condo so close that we could walk to all of these places because my kids (7 & under) needed naps every day from all the playing. The short drive to St. Augustine restaurants and shops was also a plus. Great place, would stay again.

The condo has been completely renovated with all new furniture. Everything is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and we also appreciated the beach towels and chairs. The views from the balconies are incredible, the perfect spot for watching the sunrise and enjoying the ocean breezes in the evening. The pool and beach access are near the condo, so convenient.

We had a great week in a beautiful location. Condo was nice and beach is one of the best in St Augustine area. Our one issue was we had was the second bedrooms linens did not appear to be clean. We replaced the sheets with a spare set. The property management company was responsive when we communicated our concerns.

Fantastic views! Great location! On the beach!! Close to shopping, restaurants and historic district! Super friendly and helpful people hosting us!! They answered questions and assisted with anything we needed immediately!! Quiet and respectful neighbors! Amazing!!!
