Oceanfront penthouse with amazing views, fast WiFi, 3 pools & 2 gyms

House was nice inside, relatively clean and newer. the exterior of the building is old and beat. Run by a company out of Portland that's right Portland. I used to Disney Quality this is not it.

We absolutely loved the condo. It is gorgeous. The beds were comfortable & house well stocked. The porches have plenty of comfortable seating & beautiful views.

Penthouse Paradise was a great place for our group of nine to enjoy the beach of Sandbridge. We loved how open and spacious the condo is, and we also appreciated the recent updates. The large balconies were perfect for catching the sunrise and hanging out together. The included storage locker was very useful! The wi-fi worked great for us also. Our first trip to The Sanctuary was disappointing at times. The complex itself needs to be improved. The swim up bar area was closed, the community grills were in need of maintenance/cleaning, our garage access door was broken, and our nearest elevator had a loud buzzing noise throughout our stay. Only having two sets of keys/access cards was not ideal with a group of nine. Please know that luggage carts are not provide and that cell phone reception is very spotty in the complex. We did have some minor cleaning that was missed when we arrived, but we took care of that ourselves. Overall, we had a fun trip despite some annoyances.

The condo was clean and comfortable and the view of the beach was perfect. The layout and size of this unit was amazing and the kitchen was top notch. The master bedroom with private balcony and master bathroom was perfect. We had a great vacation and I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone. My only negative comments are towards the building and management of the property. Our condo was amazing and top notch but the Sanctuary building and management was lacking. The cabana and swim up bar was not open and looked abandoned, the hot tub not working and now supposedly being removed and there were little building/resort amenities available. I felt like for a nice beach front resort this place was lacking greatly. I felt like the management at the local Vacasa office was fake friendly and not helpful at all. If you are looking for an amazing beachfront condo you have found the right one but if you are looking for more fun and activities to do at the building you will be disappointed.

Excellent, except I did not appreciate about being charged 2 booking fees

Sure, in the pictures it's a beautiful place. A white sofa, a spacious gathering place, vaulted ceilings, and copious windows with views of the ocean from bedrooms, the living room, as well as from the double decker patios. But up close... it's a big ole mess. The sofa was stained and ripped along the seams, sticky from dirty bodies and sandy bottoms. The vaulted ceilings are appealing but there is a disturbing amount of rust and mold around all of the air vents. Oh yeah, less I forget the cobwebs and spiders in the corners. The views, I can't argue as they are priceless but the screen door on the downstairs did little to keep bugs out as it was torn along the edge and the upstairs balcony doors did not have any screens on them so, the cooler evenings in which I was hoping we could leave the doors cracked to listen to the ocean were shut down due to the insane amount of spiders on the top balcony and lack of screen doors. The guest bedroom with the bunk beds had a cracked window, not great for young ones. The master bathroom toilet did not work well; my husband and I left the lid off so we would have quicker access to pull the lever up so it would catch and refill. On the downstairs balcony, the ceiling to the upstairs was bowed and very concerning for stability. And finally, a stay in the downstairs east facing guest room meant waking up ON the sun. No blinds, not even a heavier curtain to pull (unlike the front, west facing rooms). Penthouse to our family meant a chic two story home that had been well taken care of and worth the $6919 price tag. This place has been left to shambles by the owner and was beyond disappointing.

We were 3 generations in the apartment (parents, kids and grandparents) for a quick beach break. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. It was larger than it looked on the listing and the 2 outdoor spaces/balconies were very appreciated- they overlooked the ocean and had enough seating. We loved the beach front location- the ocean view and sounds were fantastic- especially at night. Bathrooms were very nice and well stocked. We liked how close the building was to beach access and the 2 pools. The parking spot for the apartment was within steps of the elevator and the apartment was just steps away on tve 4th floor for ease of loading and unloading the car My only 2 complaints: 1- it would have been nice for there to have been beach chairs and umbrellas. It wasn’t a huge issue as we could leave ours in the car but with the price of the apartment I would have expected it 2- the 2nd pool was cold. It was later in the season so we weren’t expecting it to be too warm but the other pool is heated which is great. However the second pool is significantly smaller and doesn’t have the same shallow aspect for kids or lounge chairs. It would have been nicer if they were switched. That has nothing to do with the apartment though Sandbridge beach is lovely/ not overly developed and wide with great sand Overall we had a great time and would be happy to come back
