Oceanfront Penthouse w/Balconies, Amazing Views & Shared Pool

Beautiful views, conveniently located. Quite b/c it was off-season. Highly recommend.

Our stay was nice. Ratings would have been higher, but we had ants & knats in our unit. Ants were even crawling on me. In addition 1 toilet backed up and drainage in 1 of the tubs was slow. Pillows are old and need to be replaced.

The location was awesome. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The unit offered plenty of space for our family of 11. Downside: pool is not kid friendly- the only place young children can touch is on the second step.

Spacious accommodations right on the beach with views of ocean and bay. Original Greene Turtle restaurant/bar, Fractured Prune donuts/coffee and Food Lion supermarket right across the street. Perfect spot for large families.

We were initially very excited about finding this place, but then became very nervous when we read the many negative reviews - especially about the cleanliness. I am VERY picky when it comes to the cleanliness of a place. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the condo was very clean and comfortable. The place is huge and very comfortable for the 10 adults we had staying there. Even in the shared living room space, it never felt cramped or tight. The couches were very clean and comfortable to sit on. The bedrooms all had ample space and dressers to store your belongings. The bathrooms, kitchen, counters, floors were all clean. All of the sliding doors were in working order. In my opinion, all rentals should undergo deep, DEEP cleans throughout the year, and while this place is in need of a super DEEP clean (as I imagine most are), the surface clean was up to my high standards. The drains in the showers were impossibly slow, which made the water fill in the tub while you showered, but that should be a quick fix. The views from this place are absolutely incredible!! Overall, we were comfortable and happy with our stay.

This penthouse was the perfect setting for the six couples that went to the wedding. It was six bedrooms with ample living space and beautiful views. It was not far from the wedding venues and right on the beach.

This Penthouse accommodated my family comfortably. However, the money that I paid to rent this Penthouse, I would expect much cleaner place. Needs thorough cleaning place

I really should have listened to the reviews. The place has filth that comes from not having a proper cleaning in months, if not years. Mold in showers, thick dust on ceiling fans, sandy floors, sticky counters and broken drains in bathrooms. I should note, Vacasa offered to have a crew come back and clean 24 hours after we were in the unit. We declined because we spent time cleaning surface area stuff(disinfecting counters and sweeping sand and debris off floors) the day before while moving in and all of our things were in the condo and people were in and out enjoying vacation. While the location is perfect, has excellent amenities and the number of bedrooms suited our large family, we will be looking elsewhere for a future rental in OCMD.

It was perfect for our three generations of family. The were plenty of spaces for all of to have fun.
