Stayed Apr 6, 2026Overall, we had a nice stay and the unit itself was well stocked and nicely updated. It had everything we needed for traveling with kids, including toys, kitchen supplies, beach chairs and beach toys, plus extra blankets and pillows. The location right beside the beach boardwalk was also very convenient.One thing to note for families is that while the boardwalk access is close, the walk from the end of the boardwalk onto the beach is not very wagon-friendly because it gets very narrow through the sand dunes.The property managers were very responsive and easy to work with as there were a few things that we needed to address (smell coming from curtains, broken coffee maker). They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The biggest downside for us was the surrounding property owners. It was very apparent that they do not like renters nearby, and several interactions made us feel uncomfortable. Overall, the unit itself was nice, updated, and very family-friendly, but the experience was impacted by the surrounding neighbors.

Stayed Mar 28, 2026This was a great house for a family. Very clean, beautiful view, fully stocked with everything we needed for vacation. There's more than the listing says - beach chairs, toys, towels and plenty of games and things to play with. The beds were comfortable and the community was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Feb 26, 2026Such an amazing place! It was clean, spacious and comfortable with an amazing view in a peaceful location. We loved waking up to the view of the ocean every morning. The house is well stocked (both kitchen and beach needs). They did a fabulous job of communicating. We definitely would come back.

Stayed Nov 25, 2025Fantastic place! CLEAN. That’s a big deal. Having the extra like beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, extra pillows, extra blankets, being able to change the thermostat. Fantastic views! Fantastic place! Would definitely rent again!!!

Stayed Jan 30, 2025We really liked this property. It was very clean, had great proximity to the beach , and had all essential necessities that we needed! We would definitely stay here again! We are senior citizens and it would have been much more convenient if the elevator had been available to transport luggage upstairs! Other than that we had a great experience!

Stayed May 30, 2024This was our last family getaway before our daughter moves to Europe. It was so relaxing to getaway and have family time. The house exceeded our expectations. Lovely, close to the water with beautiful views. We loved the area. Highly recommend.

Stayed Nov 3, 2022This place is perfect, incredible, no recommendations for change or improvement. Well appointed, clean clean clean, the view is UNBELIEVABLE. The location can’t be beat. It’s quite and gorgeous. Don’t choose this if you want to be rowdy-it’s a gem, it’s a treasure and should be treated as such. We can’t wait to come back!!
