Oceanfront, newly renovated, modern 2 bedroom condo

First note - This is a 3rd floor property with no elevator. It’s going to be a lot of stairs on virtually every trip up and down from the condo. That is really the only con of the property. Therefore I wouldn’t recommend this place for people who struggle to get around or can’t EASILY climb three flights of stairs. Given this is a beach condo, most people are going to be heading up and down the stairs multiple times a day. With that being said, the third floor condos in the Surf Complex are the only units with a loft. This gives the property a second full or queen size bed which is great and hard to find in the complex.We have stayed at the Surf complex for a number of years. This is one of the nicer units. Granite throughout, two separated bathrooms (only 1 shower), and 3 beds. You could comfortably sleep 2 adults and at least 3 (maybe 4) kids in this unit. Hard to beat.The condo complex is what keeps us coming back here - it’s great. The pool is massive, clean, with reasonably nice chairs. Two private beach accesses with hoses and showers at the end of each access. The beach itself is small at high tide but massive at low tide. All in all great, if you can manage the stairs

Nice condo! We only had 1 hiccup and that wasn’t the owners fault. The air conditioning unit went out while we were there. The rental company quickly let us know what was going on and sent over a window unit for that night. Early the next morning, they called and a new unit had been purchased and they put it in that morning. Awesome!! With the hot weather I’m not sure we would’ve been able to stay had the quickness of the owners and realty company not been amazing our vacation may have been cut short. NICE JOB! Beautiful condo and great layout!

Our stay at this condo was enjoyable and felt like home away from home. This condo was clean, nicely decorated, lots of storage and the kitchen had all essentials. Having a washer and dryer was a plus, however we noticed it took several times to dry our clothes completely. And the ice maker did not work. We had a great week and would recommend this place.

It was amazing

Everything was great - and would have been fine, even if the weather hadn't cooperated. The only glitch is that you can literally put about one piece of clothing into the dryer and actually get it dry. Other than that, it was one of those perfect vacations. Great spot, great accommodations, great time.

The condo was lovely Clean and well equipped. For handicapped or people with mobility issues it was on the third floor with 42 steps. That was a problem. The loft we didn’t use The stairs were not good for someone with mobility issues and there was no bathroom upstairs.

The condo was amazing. Everything about it was comfortable and welcoming. All appliances worked perfectly and the washer and dryer were a life saver. We would definitely stay again. Only complaint was the floor and outside table were not clean. Not the property’s fault at all, it was great.

It was a great view of the ocean and loved the deck. We enjoyed having breakfast and most dinners on the deck. The pool was very nice also and everything on the property was well kept. We explored North and South and Top Soil will be on our vacation list again. Only negative was 42 steps to climb...but it is what it is. The kitchen well equipped with all the necessary items to cook with. We would definitely would stay there again.
