Oceanfront Newly Renovated 1st Floor Condo Sleeps 8 North Topsail Beach

We had a nice stay at Barefeet Retreat. Joe was a very good host and the condo was comfortable for a winter break at the beach. It was nice to be close to the ocean and read on the deck on the in sun. We were fortunate to have a few nice warm days in December.

The beach view was great from the balcony.

We had a wonderful vacation, the condo was beautiful with a great location! Everything was clean, well decorated, and lots of things provided for the beach. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming!

This condo is everything that it says it is.. right on the beach, extremely clean with everything you need. Kitchen appliances, cleaning supplies to start. It’s amazing and we’ll definitely stay again!!

This place was lovely! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean waves! The walk to the beach was short! The hosts were extremely quick to respond to questions!

Vacation and stay was great. Condo was super clean. Our only problem was tenants above us were super noisy and sounded like a herd of horses.

We have stayed at the Shipwatch Villas many times over the years! This unit has all the latest appliances and is very nicely decorated! We really enjoyed the linen & towels package offered too. It made such a difference in getting settled and ready for our stay! The hosts were top notch and replied promptly. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

The location of the condo in the resort was perfect! It was on the first floor (actually one up from ground level) and had the quickest walkout to the beach. Pool hadn't opened up yet for the season, but looks like it would be a great option for summer. Everything we needed was there at the condo....VERY well stocked.

Quiet, peaceful, clean and comfortable with a great view. Would rent again.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit with a beautiful view of the beach. It had everything you need to feel like it was a home away from home. Very clean and a very prompt owner. On the top of my list for this area.

We have stayed in many different Condis over the years but this condo is the absolute best we have stayed at. Very clean upon arrival and all the amenities were top notch. We will be back in August 2025. Joe and Erica are the best hosts

Newly remodeled, this condo is beautiful. Everything was new and updated. Location was right on the beach with awesome views. To the right was a vacant field with an unobstructed view of the ocean and it gave us the feeling of privacy. Fantastic pool with lots of room.

Great stay and time at Topsail! We loved the condo and homey feel. The beach access was perfect and beach area was super clean. Would love to come back!❤️?

Enjoyed our stay!

Sandy Feet Retreat was one of the cleanest beach places I have stayed. There were a generous amount of supplies to get started. The kitchen had some spices and various cooking equipment and good storage space next to the frig. The beds were very comfortable (on the firm side which we like). Joe responded quickly to any questions we had. It was in a great location - just a few steps out to the beach and pool and on the first floor - great for allowing the kids to run up to use the bathroom! The only downside was Tropical Storm Debby arrived by Tuesday night but the weather stayed warm enough that we still were on the beach some and in the pool - figured we were getting wet anyways! The aquarium was about 80 minutes drive and the turtle sanctuary/hospital was fun to visit - do make reservations ahead of time. All in all a good trip. Having a clean place in a great location was very nice!!

We had a lovely stay in this clean and comfortable condo! The location within the property makes it easy and quick to get to the pool or beach. The kitchen has a lot of extras for those who like to cook. The owners are quick to respond if you need them. :-)

The location of this property was easy to access from the parking lot, pool, and beach. It’s close enough to run back to from the beach or pool to grab a drink or anything you might need. It is updated and clean. The balcony/porch is great for enjoying the oceanfront view. The host is extremely responsive and cares about the visitors’ stay.

First time to visit the area and so glad we did! The unit was perfectly placed for views, privacy, convenience to pool/beach. We had everything we needed for our family of four! The unit was very clean and comfortable. The proximity to the ocean was the best we have ever had! Would absolutely book this unit again in the future!

Our family (2 adults, 3 teens) had such a relaxing time. This property is exactly what the pictures show-recently renovated, on the beach, top notch amenities, super clean, quiet and relaxing location. We hope to return!!
