This condo is located in an area where the beach wasn’t crowded. Condo was well maintained and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall very happy with condo.

We had a wonderful time in Ormond Beach! The location of the condo was perfect. It was in a quiet location, yet still close and central to everything. Being able to sit on the balcony and watch and hear the ocean was sooo relaxing. We even saw a few dolphins, and an amazing rocket launch. The condo is spacious and is equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The pool is clean, warm, and just steps away. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming - most were repeat guests. Laura was very responsive. The condo complex was having repair work during our stay. As soon as Laura found out about the work, she informed us and offered us alternatives. If you visit, I recommend taking a short drive to St. Augustine. We would definitely return!

We have no complaints! This was above and beyond what we expected. Love the peacefulness of the location and that it’s so close to so many other restaurants and shopping. Condo was clean and beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for our family of four. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of crashing waves was truly relaxing. We've stayed at other beachside condos before, but this one was literally just a stone's throw from the ocean. The condo is in a quieter area, away from the typical tourist spots, which is something I really prefer. It had all the necessities and the space felt comfortable and well-equipped.The condo was generally clean, but as someone who pays close attention to cleanliness, I noticed a bit of dust on some surfaces and the carpet upstairs could use a good cleaning. These minor details didn't disrupt our trip, but I thought they were worth mentioning for future guests who might have similar sensitivities.That being said, we had a wonderful experience and would consider returning in the future.

I loved the location as I prefer a quiet beach away from the more touristy areas. The unit has a great ocean view with convenient parking, was clean with a fully stocked kitchen, the half bath on the main floor is a bonus. Too bad the weather didn't cooperate because I would have enjoyed having breakfast out on the wraparound balcony. Laura was great to work with and responsive to all of my questions.

Property was dated but in very good shape. Location was excellent. Owner was exceptional. Problems with front door lock and guest bathroom leak. Owner's family lives in complex to help resolve things quickly. Overall, we hope to return next year.

We traveled into Ormond as Helene was coming into Florida. Our drive in was stressful but our stay at this property was wonderful. The property was as described in the listing. The morning after our arrival the property crew was out cleaning and picking up debris. We enjoyed the close location to great restaurants and my children took surf lessons. Overall a fantastic stay. We hope to return

Great location, already love Ormond Beach, but being up away from the commercial area and on a beach without the drama is fantastic. The unit and manager are incredible, stay away so we can keep using this location for our Staycations from Orlando.
