Wonderful stay. Beautiful condo steps to the uncrowded beach. Condo is clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Ease of communication with owner. This is our 3rd stay at this condo and hope to be back. Very special place.

One of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. Neal and Patrick's hospitality was above and beyond, making us and our greyhound so welcome! The condo was very large and comfortable in a perfect location.

We were right off the beach. It was a quiet area and beautiful beach. The hosts have taken care of everything to ensure a great rental experience. Usually for a beach rental since we fly in, I have to purchase all the beach items on top of all the household items. But they had towels, chairs, paper goods, dish soap, laundry soap. They have it all. It was a wonderful rental!

Absolutely beautiful home, luxurious finishes, thoughtful touches, everything you could need was provided! Very clean, comfortable beds, great kitchen. Super communcation, flawless check-in and out. Semi private beach with easy access and great views

This property was perfect for our 3 night vacation. This was one of the nicest properties that I have rented in the St Augustine are. The unit was spotless, well stocked, great location and beautiful view. I will be renting this again.

It was so nice to walk on to a place that the music was on a relaxing station, the lights were on and so inviting. Having the ocean right outside the door was amazing. We feel blessed for the 3 nights we stayed. Thank you!

Once a year retired siblings get together. Neal and Patrick's rental is a perfect retreat. Everything you need is furnished for your stay. There is a breath-taking view of the ocean from the patio, living area, dining area, kitchen and hallway. Steps down to the beach from the walkway located just off the ground floor patio. My bed was great. The St. Augustine area has much to see and great restaurants. We enjoyed each; have two favorites: The Fish Camp (suggest making reservations) and Salt-Life (no reservation policy). Definitely would love to stay there again.

Vilano Beach is a little oasis from the crazy tourist area of St Augustine. The beach was quiet and right out the back door...You can sit on the porch and listen to the waves chrashing. The condo is exactly as it is pictured in the listing. We were there with another couple and there was plenty of room. Being able to bring our fur baby was a bonus. She was welcomed with treats and new toys as wel as multiple dog beds to choose from. The beach was alsomdog friendly. We will be back!

Thank you for the beautiful stay in Vilano. I spent 4 days at this lovely condo ---it's steps from the sand ---and beautifully decorated. The views of the coastline from the patio are really beautiful and peaceful. It's in a small complex --so it's very private and the private beach was so lovely ---but still so close to everything you need --from restaurants to shopping. The host --have thought of everything -and are great communicators. Will book this place again.

The accommodations were superb! It was a spur of the moment trip and we are so thankful we found this spot! Perfect location!

The condo was great, comfortable, nicely decorated, even items for the pets. The beach walks were wonderful, my nearly blind dog pranced along with few people or other pets around, he loved it.The condo is located a short distance from St. Augustine, very convenient to all the area has to offer.Highly recommended accomadations

Wonderful time from the moment we booked to departing. Host was so gracious, friendly and welcoming. The property was beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, clean, well stocked, all one level with something for everyone. Room for those who want to stay in around the cozy fireplace and those who want to sit out and get some sunshine on the very comfortable deck chairs. Very enjoyable and beautiful place.

Was a great time!! The condo is lovely, and the view is unbeatable! We spent several days in St. Augustine shopping and looking at all the Christmas lights, and the location of the condo was perfect! Only a short trip to all the sights! Neal was very responsive and flexible! Would definitely stay here again!

Property is amazing. Location is superb. Condo is very large with lots of room. Owners have thought of everything to meet your needs. Ease of communication with owner. Check in process a breeze. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Beach could not be closer. This is our second stay and will most definitely be back. Our favorite place to stay in Vilano beach. Easy access to downtown Saint Augustine as well. Just a little slice of heaven on earth.

Amazing time with the family at the beach

Owners have every accommodation for feeling at home! The cleanliness of this unit was fabulous. The check in process was easy and they also checked in to make sure all was well. I hope to be back for an extended stay!!!

We had a wonderful 4 day/4 night fall stay at this condo. While it is well described on the listing, you don’t realize the spaciousness and the incredible view until you arrive! Neal and Patrick are top notch VRBO hosts with a warm and thoughtful welcome for us and our pups, everything you could possibly need, and great use of a label maker! lol! Seriously, you don’t have to wonder how to operate or find anything. This is often overlooked at some rentals. I think we will become a repeat fall guest!

We loved the place, location, and the owners were great, quick to answer our concern and even calling us directly. Excellent place to bring your pets. The apartment is very, very close to the beach. We got hit by the Hurricane Milton so we were extremely sad in cutting the vacation short to attend our place back at home. We will be back..this will be our beach place
