The Kapalua Bay Villas 16 acre property is host to 141 condos in 27 buildings all built to flow along the natural contour of the Kapalua coast. Due to the rugged coastline which harbors numerous protected bays, beaches and small peninsulas Kapalua in Hawaiian translates loosely to, arms embracing the sea. Rows of majestic New Caldonia or Cook Pine trees line the expansive lush green landscape of Kapalua Maui from the sloping hillside down to the shore. Close by you will find DT Fleming Beach, Honolua Bay, which is Maui's #1 snorkel destination, as well as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay and Oneloa Bay, all within in walking distance. Kapalua is perfect for walking, hiking, and biking. There are two world-class golf courses, Kapalua Tennis Garden, many fine dining establishments, shopping, and the spa at the Montage Kapalua Bay.

GUEST NOTICE: The Plantation Course is open for play. The Bay Course is currently closed. This update was recently announced by Alex Nakajima, General Manager of Kapalua Golf.

You can enjoy world-class play at the Plantation Course and nearby at Ka'anapali Golf Courses or across the many courses on island.

The Tennis Courts at The Bay Villas have been resurfaced, to include new nets and fencing. The Courts will be available to Guests and Owners of the Bay Villas only. The hours the courts are available for play will be from 8 AM to Dusk, seven days per week.
