Stayed Jul 19, 2025Not a lot of counter space. Upon arrival there was a microwave still in the box taking up pretty much the entire counter top. There were dead flies all over the floor. Was shocked to find no table to eat at. Also the trashcan is too small for the room. No one ever showed up for the microwave. The area itself was great and we love north topsail, but i cant say we will ever stay at this particular place again.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Water was wonderful. Condo was clean and comfortable. The balcony needs some TLC. New chairs and a drain for the air conditioner water would be nice. Some plastic chairs were broken and the metal chairs were so rusted you could not sit on them. We will definitely be back.

Stayed May 16, 2025Overall this was an okay place to stay but I would not come back. The best part was being so close to the beach. You could walk right out in minutes and it also made it convenient if you forgot something or needed to take a break for lunch you could come right back out. The place itself was dirty and outdated with flaws throughout. The sliding screen door to the balcony did not work because it was rusted and broken. Leaving the sliding door to the balcony open let flies in. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty upon arrival so I had to wash everything and the floors were noticeably dirty. The blankets on the beds felt sticky or stiff and unclean.
