Oceanfront High-Rise Condo w/ Balcony, Ocean View, AC & Shared Pool/Tennis

The space is enormous! Lots of space. Kitchen is well equipped. Bring sharp knives. Furniture is dated but comfortable. Plenty of linens supplied. The check in office was difficult to find. And checking out, I was told the office opened at 8am, when it didn't open until 9. With a long ride ahead on a holiday weekend, that was annoying.

The condo is very cold and unwelcoming. There is truly nothing inviting about this condo.The furniture and bedding are in serious need of updating. There are no rugs or personal touches to make it feel welcoming and inviting. The front door handle feels like its about to fall off. Some lamps didn’t even have light bulbs.I will not stay here again.

Could not enjoy the balconies due to broken unsafe furniture. Another review from July said something about it and management replied it had been replaced. Well it wasn't and i have photos to price it.

The view was amazing, the pool was an added bonus!

The location is excellent, great views, easy walk to the beach. There are many great things about this space including a washer/dryer. HOWEVER- the furnishings are extremely out of date. A kitchen chair had been repaired hastily with superglue...my husband sat on it and it broke under him. He was lucky he wasn't injured, and had it not been a fit man who fell but an older person, there would have been serious injury. The furniture is old and the couches have that wet, gritty feel. The outdoor furniture is old, cracking, and taped together in places. In my opinion, this is an example of someone who owns a beautiful property, but does not want to put any additional money into it. Overall, I would not stay here again, however I wouldn't discourage others from staying here- just be aware of where you sit!!

Pros: Good location - elevators were fast, parking adequate, heated pool open all day, secure building, staff at building nice, 2 decks, spacious open concept condo space, laundry worked well in unit, ice maker, they give u soap and mini shampoos and dishwasher detergent, etc as welcome packet, mattress comfy- pull out loveseats only good for kids but nice to have. Cons: loud a/c in bedroom closet, limited seating, very small tv not a smart tv, floors need a good scrub, cabinets generally dusty- kitchen had no Steak knives and could have been better equipped overall, linens are prison quality towels id bring your own towels, hair dryer was gross. Due to the high rise beach area gets so crowded need to setup at sunrise.

An outdated unit with some broken items but overall nice with two balconies to watch the sunrise or the sunset (one facing ocean, one facing bay across hallway). It was like a private beach, not at all crowded, and a nice pool and deck to lay out on. Like the other guests we talked to, we wish the pool was shallower so more of us could enjoy wading in it or standing in it. We appreciated the sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, shampoo, soap, detergents, sponges, trash bags, paper products, hair dryer, washer & dryer, dishes, pans, and everything else that was included. It made it so much easier to just buy the food needed for the week at the supermarket across the street. (Bring a plastic container or two for your leftovers.) It was a great location and so quiet!! All the workers were nice and friendly and the Vacasa people were very pleasant and took care of anything right away. We give it a 8 out of 10.

The condo was nice and clean but the bed was horrible. The mattress is so old we could feel the springs and it jiggled every time we moved. I went into the closet that had a stack of pillows, blankets and a comforter to use the comforter under our fitted sheet to add some comfort and not feel the springs. When I spread the comforter out, it had a big smear of something that looked like feces on it, which was dried up. We were disgusted with the whole bedroom situation after that. Everything that was in the closet was just thrown in there and should not have been sitting on the dirty tile floor. We notified the rental agency about the bed issue and they said they were going to contact the building manager to check it out, but nobody ever showed up or even contacted us. We stayed in a different room in that same building last year and was very happy, but from my understanding, they were different owners we will never stay in that room again.

For only being a 1 bed/1bath condo, the living/dining/kitchen area is huge. Everything could use updated, but worked just fine. The hairdryer was very old and malfunctioned, which I reported at checkout. We loved the condo's location. Having a front and back balcony was awesome.
