Oceanfront, gorgeous view, 4th floor overlooking pool

We had a great time and the ease of getting to beach and amazing view from the living room and balcony make it very ideal!

Great view. Lovely space. Bumper pool was a highlight.

Was exactly as described. One of the beach chairs and beach umbrella were broken. We loved that there were games for the rainy days. Even had an iron and board, which we needed! View was beautiful, easy access to beach and parking. Marilyn was easy to communicate with.

A nice place to stay while visiting Jax Beach. Waking up to a sunrise view was awesome. Very close and easy to walk to the beach. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

I enjoyed my stay at their beautiful home. It was very clean and lacked nothing you would need for your stay. The view is amazing. The host is very responsive should you have a need to contact them. If I ever need to stay in Jacksonville I would definitely see if it’s available.

Excellent location surrounding the beach and many eateries in the area. Really had an awesome time enjoying the sunrises in the morning.

Loved the view and the flexibility with the check in/out policy. I had issues with the TVs in the master not working and accessing HMDI in the living room.

This was our first trip to Jacksonville Beach and we thoroughly enjoyed it. While the condo didn’t advertise that it had WiFi we were pleased to find out it did. Parking was easily accessible. The condo was well stocked.

Nice unit, pool , beach access

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The condo has gorgeous views, easy access to the beach and so close to everything. It was very clean, and the host was very responsive and pleasant!

Snuck away for a quick weekend. View and location were perfect! Within walking distance of great food.

So beautiful, most relaxing stay. The building and the environment so peaceful and safe feeling. So well stocked if I forgot something it was already there for me to use! Even the tv subscriptions logged in! Felt like home! Loved this place.

It is a gorgeous place, conveniently located near many restaurants, a park, easy access to the beach, with spectacular views of the ocean. My experience with the owners, specifically quick and helpful communication was great throughout.

The property was clean and quiet. It was well stocked with towels etc. and everything worked as it should. There was great communication with the owner, the location was great and the views were exceptional. We would definitely stay there again. It is on the fourth floor and there are no elevators but that didn’t present a problem.

The beach was the standout feature of the property, offering breathtaking views and convenient access just a short walk away. The location was ideal for enjoying the shoreline. While the cleanliness of the space was generally satisfactory, there were some areas that could benefit from further attention. The stairs were not a major concern for us, as we are in fairly good physical condition; however, they may present a challenge, particularly when transporting luggage.

The property is steps away from the ocean and a short walk to restaurants and shops. The condo has plenty of space along with all amenities you could need!

Great location with a beautiful ocean front view. Very quiet building and located close to pretty much every store and restaurant in Jax Beach. Host was very helpful and communication was great. Nice having a pool and beach option. On site parking was easy. Definitely would recommend.
