Oceanfront End Unit | Completed Renovated | Luxury 3rd Floor Amelia South Condo

Probably one of the cleanest VRBO’s I’ve stayed in. Beautiful condo in a great location. Easy check in and great communication from the property manager. Will stay again!

Well stocked beautifully updated condo. Comfortable beds and great outdoor deck. Great views and loved the end unit away from noisy pool area. Everything that is important in a rental. I did dock a star due to complex itself a little dated, not many pool chairs and construction noise next store was loud when you were on the deck. Not the owners fault however.

Everything was perfect. Only negatives were there were no beach chairs or towels ( which the ad did say there wouldn’t be any but I had hoped). So we had to rent chairs and buy towels which was a little costly. We were flying so couldn’t bring chairs with us. Other than that, it was amazing!

Our stay at this Fernandina Beach condo was exactly what we needed. From the moment we walked in, the space felt bright, clean, and welcoming. The views of the ocean were stunning, and mornings on the balcony with coffee quickly became our favorite part of the day. The condo was spacious and thoughtfully furnished, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location was also ideal. We were just minutes from charming downtown Fernandina Beach, great restaurants, and peaceful stretches of sand that never felt crowded. What really stood out was how easy everything felt. Beach access was convenient, parking was simple, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Whether you are looking for a quiet getaway or a fun family trip, this condo delivers.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach escape.

Great place to stay!

We had a great mother daughter trip staying at this condo. It was a beautiful corner unit and was such a comfortable place to be in between tourist fun. Great beds, showers, lots of seating and as others mentioned, a very well supplied kitchen. Everything about this was seamless.

Great unit. Very clean and recently remodeled. Wonderful view with amazing sunrises. Great setup for two travelers. Bathrooms are small. I was assigned one and the wife took the other!

This condo unit was wonderful! Corner unit allowed for more light and one less shared wall. Spacious balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. The unit is beautifully decorated with quality furnishings and furniture. Check in process was easy and management responsive.

Beautiful spot on the 3rd floor with an excellent view of the ocean and sun rises. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Bathrooms were small but very nicely done and clean. Beds were ok, a bit firm for my taste and pillows not good. Didn't care for the barn doors they wouldn't stay closed and didn't really provide privacy. The place was very nicely decorated and comfortable other wise. Between the pool and the ocean what more could you ask for!

Amazing corner unit on the water. Exceptionally well equipped. More than suited our needs.

Our family loves visiting and staying at Amelia South. This condo didn’t disappoint. The entire place was well equipped, clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains were great for trying to get some extra zzz’s. We fully enjoyed sipping our coffee on the balcony while taking in the views! We will definitely be coming back!

Very nice end unit condo so no one else on the one side, nice covered porch overlooking ocean. Newer furniture and really nice kitchen. Best equipped kitchen we've seen! Building and elevator are older but great location.

This unit was so perfect-totally newly decorated, and looks just like the pictures! This is an end unit which gives you more amazing beach views We will definitely rent this unit at Amelia South again!

One of our best stays: lovely view, couldn’t believe how well done the unit was, so well stocked, clean and so well done. A natural choice to stay here again.

We loved this oceanfront condo right on the beach. The kitchen was amazing and better supplied than our kitchen at home. We very much enjoyed the balcony and the general atmosphere of Amelia Island. Just one heads-up: the stackable washer/dryer in the photos has been replaced by what looks to be a combined washer/dryer. We weren't sure how to use it so we passed on that.

We had a wonderful weekend together with friends. The place we stayed was beautiful. The check-in process was easy & we had no problems. There was a minor problem with all of the TV’s & that was taken care of quickly.

Property was just as advertised - well stocked, nicely furnished and beautiful view. Beds were comfortable, great stay!

This property was exactly as described...maybe better. Never seen a kitchen so well stocked, gorgeous decor, and spacious balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

On the night that we checked in, there was a torrential storm, and it was difficult getting belongings in the condo due to the openness of the hallways and the elevators because everything was soaking wet. Everything else was very nice, except if you are a large person, the space for the toilet is very tight and due to the toilet paper roll sticking out, you practically have to turn sideways to use the restroom. The complex itself is not very nice and the gate was not opening on the side of the condo until we called management and they came and unlocked it. Therefore, we had to walk through the pool area, which was very old, not updated, and rather gross . That was the biggest downfall to the condo was the complex that it was in. The condo itself was fairly nice.

The entire experience was awesome. Pictures are as they appear, and the kitchen is well equipped with more than enough dishes, pots, pans, etc. Nice corner balcony with a great breeze. Easy check in and out, no issues at all. Highly recommend this beautifully decorated & comfortable condo for a stay at the beach!

We are two couples, husbands are brothers, and the arrangement of the bedrooms with baths was perfect. It is not easy to find two bedrooms with king sized beds and also two baths with walk-in showers. Kitchen was well-appointed and living arrangement very comfortable. Our only objection was the weather front that made it rainy most of our long weekend, but we had a good time being together.

When 3 very picky, middle-aged ladies are impressed by accommodations, you know you've found a winner. This condo was immaculately clean, stocked better than our own kitchens, and decorated to the 9's. The beds and linens assured us of lazy morning wakeups, and the overall layout offered plenty of privacy. The building and property grounds are a little aged, but so are we. That's not to say anything was lacking! On the contrary! Everything was quiet, settled in like a well worn pair of shoes, and comfortable. The walk to the beach was perfect, and speaking of the beach...it was clean and coaxed us to walk each day. A beach service was suggested by our management group, and it worked out great. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

We could have spent all day on our balcony enjoying the view of the ocean and beach activity. The unit itself was super- clean, updated, well-decorated and well-equipped. There was nothing we needed that we couldn't find. I'd definitely stay here again.
