Oceanfront, corner condo with wrap-around deck, great views & on-site pool/gym

Great stay and comfy apartment.

Good location and great view! Lots of room, good kitchen set up and family space was comfy. Loved having an in house washer and dryer!

Very large unit. Nicely decorated and well stocked. Right across from beach with great views!!! Market is just across the street also… very convenient!

Was very clean and spacious. The view from the deck was spectacular! Beds and furniture were nice and comfortable. Excellent location with a market next door, but a quiet neighborhood. The only knock I would give it is the two back bedrooms could use better shades for sleeping that would keep out the outside light by the door.

This was our first time in Virginia Beach and it did not disappoint. Awesome views and wonderful location. A few things found here and there left from previous guests but otherwise clean. The main thing I would suggest is having something available to help tote luggage and groceries to the room. Otherwise awesome stay and great value for the money. Thank you!!

The beautiful view sums it up!!! It's beautiful!! Condo was very clean!!! The beds kind of hard and the carpet in the front 2 bedrooms worn.

Typically do OBX as we do? Here are notable differences: Beach is MUCH more crowded; condo pool was consistently overrun with small kids; property & beach time far less private/quiet; and 'good' shells are scarce. Shorter drive (obvi). Loved: Unit was clean, comfortable, very well-appointed/stocked & much larger than expected; super easy, flat walk to the beach; all the dolphins!, & the *stellar* view. Any issues we had (lack of kitchen utensils; main suite toilet overflowed day 1; small bathroom toilet not attached to floor) were rectified quickly (1-2 days). Didn't like: confusion of where to go for late check in (looked for 'late-checkin cabinet' at CONDO property - specify it's located at 581 Sandbridge Rd office); inability to use more than 2 forms of payment or to make partial payments; constantly getting automated phone system rather than human; garage/storage/parking/property layout is not at all logical (never found the fitness room; took full 3 days to find storage - nowhere near our assigned spot). A unit that accommodates 8 people should have TWO assigned parking spots - uncertainty as to whether we'd have space onsite for second car was frustrating/stressful. Suggested: Put mirrors in each bedroom -- having them only in the 2 bathrooms with 8 women made getting ready a challenge. :) This sounds more negative than intended - really they're just things I wish I'd known or that might help someone considering the 'OBX of Virginia' for a change of pace. :)

We had a lovely time at our stay. Watching sunrise & dolphins swim along the shore while drinking coffee is the perfect getaway, and this condo made for a relaxing girls' getaway beach visit. I hope to rent this unit again in the future.

Perfect spot for our family for the weekend. Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Location was great with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the ocean.
