Stayed Sep 6, 2021This condo has great bones and we had everything we needed for our stay (def appreciated the extras like coffee filters, salt/pepper/spices, etc). The unit is a little rough around the edges though, and could use some updating. However, I can’t blame the owners...renters can really trash a place over time so the owners probably don’t want to sink a lot of money into it. At any rate, we had a wonderful stay.

Stayed Aug 15, 2021The Condo has apparently never been updated or maintained properly. We would come back to the property but rent a different unit.

Stayed Jun 3, 2021Wonderful accommodations and location. Beachfront with large balcony and very spacious bedrooms. Garden city beach is beautiful and not overcrowded. Loved every minute! Would highly recommend this property.

Stayed Mar 1, 2020We have been staying in this area every summer for 30 years. It's very family friendly with lots to do, for every age. There was a lot of outside work being done during our stay. This included a lot of noise, but we were ok with it. The pool and hot tub area was closed the whole month. But the condo was very comfortable and roomy and the beach gave us many hours of enjoyment.
