So, once upon a tide, come hideout at the “Seagrass Whisper” to hear the seagrass sing over turquoise blue seas! Watch the sunrise over the ocean from your bed every morning, or from the living room, or sit at the balcony to smell the salty sea and watch sailboats, dolphins pass by at a lazy moment. Or maybe just walk across to the beach to wander barefoot along the waves as the sun rises on the horizon and the seagulls glide over you on a misty morning. Stepping into the brand new renovated modern kitchen with flowing white quartz countertops, waterfall edges, beautiful quartz backsplash, upgraded stainless steel appliances and sink that gives it a very modern, contemporary yet serene feel you will excite the cook in your family. The new stove oven boasts air frying capabilities while the especially “quiet” Bosch dishwasher will definitely be on its best behavior to make sure everything is a smooth transition between prepping to cleaning. An extra long beach-wood dining table can comfortably sit large families for enjoying meals prepared without running out of abundantly stocked with dinnerware, wine glasses etc . The spacious living room is beautifully decorated with natural wood elements in a modern flare with colors and textures inspired by the sand, the sea and the seagrass. There is ample seating either to sit by the large ocean-front window and read your book or to relax on the comfy sectionals to catch your favorite movie. The luxurious Master Suite is decorated in a clean, breezy style with sliding glass doors that lead to a spacious balcony with sea views, sandy dunes and flowing grass plumes. The renovated luxury Master Bath boasts a large rain shower to rinse off the sand and the heat every day and also a jacuzzi tub to relax after a long day at the beach. The two other secondary bedrooms have a fresh and comfy feel with colors of the sea! Trundle beds in the kids room add extra sleeping options for all. The bedroom lamps are easy touch sensors equipped with attached USB ports for convenience. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided by a professional linen company along with laundered fresh bath mats provided for bathrooms. A spacious laundry room with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron provided in the off chance something needs to be cleaned. Other amenities include, internet service and Roku TVs in the Living Room, Master Bedroom and Kids Bedroom. On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators. Things to Know Charcoal grilling stations and picnic tables are located on the west side of the building. The charcoal and supplies are not provided. The parking garage has a height of 6 foot 4 inches. The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The rockers are for indoor use only. Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage. This includes Lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-Ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Do not move furniture between rooms. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. City/town permit number: 2025-STRR-01157 You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

    This was a great condo for our family of 4 with 2 grandparents. There wasn't a single thing I would change!! We'll be back next year for sure!!

    The unit provides easy in and out with covered assigned parking. It is well decorated and stocked with everything you would need. We were there during a hot week and the AC had a hard time keeping up. Overall, we loved the unit and look forward to booking it in the future..

    4 Adults and two grand kids for a great week. Located next door to restaurant, bar, market, ice cream Parler and more. Drive into area sucks but once there it’s nice. Go to eat early as restaurants get busy after 5 pm.

    The pictures don’t do it justice. Very pretty and incredibly spacious. The location was perfect and the view was wonderful! We can’t wait to come back.

    This spotless condo was ideal for access to the beach and local amenities. The primary suite was spacious with a large and beautifully designed master bath. A nice big patio overlooking the beach

    The apartment was not that clean - sand on the floors, crumbs in the kitchen drawers. The floors needed to be mopped, we all had dirty feet. The management company, vacasa was awful. Their check in process was ridiculous. We arrived 20 min early and we were told (like others) to wait outside and someone would give us instructions. 15 min later…The instructions were to get in line to pick up the keys. Vacasa’s policy is to provide each person with 1 bath towel - nothing extra despite asking. Communication was via txt only. The kitchen was stocked ok - lots of dishes and glasses but basics I guess are cleaned out by the cleaning company? We had nothing extra - 1 garbage bag in the garbage can. 1 roll of toilet paper per bath. 1 paper towel roll. No coffee filters (usu left by other guests). I don’t expect to have enough for the week but usually it’s a couple of things left behind. In which we usually leave things behind as well but not in this case. The beds were ok except the double in the bunk bed room - springs and coils galore. The furniture was in good shape. We rent 2-3x year in different locations. I’ll make sure I never need to work with Vacasa again. I hope the owners of the condo read this and switch management companies. Location is great, grounds are well maintained.
