Oceanfront Condo with Beautiful Gulf views from the Deck

Beach view was nice even though not a direct view. Condo had not been cleaned when we arrived. Miscommunication between owner and cleaning service. Was handled promptly but delayed full checkin for 3 hours. Building was old and needs a lot of TLC. Walk areas for pet were ok.

Our family stayed the week of Sept 6th thru the 13th. We had beautiful weather. Its a quite area on the beach which we loved. The deck view is amazing. We were able to bring our service animal also, there is a small area for the dogs to go too.It was perfect for our week stay and Andrew was always quick to respond back. We would love to stay again. Thanks Andrew it was everything we needed.

Enjoyed everything in the condo was clean directions to Everything Including the Trash.I know disposal parking was very clear on the figurator. Make for an easy spray. I would use this place again.

Very nice unit, clean had all the necessities for our visit. Two comfortable bedrooms and the baths were clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved being on the beach and having use of a pool. We would definitely stay here again. When I contacted the host he replied promptly. Check in was easy, every thing is done electronically.

We just spent a week here and absolutely loved it. It was very clean and close to everything. The owner was fantastic at communicating and responding to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was great. The condo fit our family of 5 comfortably. The condo provided beach chairs for us to use during our stay which was great! Andrew responded quickly to messages sent during our stay.

The stay was great! Had a lot of fun. The condo was old,dirty and over priced. One sink would not drain. Toilets had pink mold growing when we arrived. Wile the toilets did flush it was a slow process.

Easy access to the beach and pool. Lots of things to do in the area. Condo was well-equipped and very comfortable.

Room had vent encrusted with dust. Balcony was on side of building not on front overlooking Gulf. Furniture had wear and tear and was uncomfortable because of all the dirty marks. No maid came around with clean towels. Had to buy our own tp. Building was old and showed it. Elevator was in bad shape it worked but the inside was crusty. Was told by a previous tenant that our room was the way it was because we brought our dog and those rooms were rarely kept up

Easy check in. Comfortable beds and easy check out.

Great location! Directly on the beach and not too crowded even with holiday weekend. Clean and great fit for family of 5 fur babies.

If you are looking to book a beach experience this is the place. So close to the beach. Gulf view from the balcony and even from the sofa inside the air conditioning. The condo is clean, with a focus on comfort. Kitchen is updated and efficient for breakfast. Ice is available. Host is responsive and invested in Alabama. People I have met around the condo are friendly and recommend some great places to eat. The food is remarkably delicious.

I loved this place so much. We can't wait to come back. Thank you so much Andrew. Looking forward to coming back.

We had a nice stay. It was right after spring break so it was not busy. Ver enjoyable.

Property was clean, right on the beautiful beach, and right in the midst of all of the attractions!

The property was right on the beach, which was great! The room was clean and we enjoyed the balacony. The bedrooms were good size!

We enjoyed the stay. Very good communications with the owner. No issues or problems to report. Beautiful clean, white beach’s. Easy access to the beach area and pool.

Although it seemed to be an older building, the inside was clean, well-furnished and modern. The washer & dryer and the kitchen appliances were very nice! The owner got in touch with me when I had a question/issue and was extremely nice and professional. I would stay there again.

It was as advertised. Clean and right on the beach. The parking was right underneath the condo. I am satisfied with the stay.

It was a much needed vacation.

I have several suggestions to im Prove the condo. 1get rid of the rugs in the living room and bath. They are nasty and look like dog hair.2. Fix the fan in the living room and add the light bulbs that should be in there.3. Get a new mattress for the master bedroom. The one in there is like sleeping on the floor 4put more towels out for your guests. There was one towel per person for the week5 put some blankets in the closet for the couch and bedrooms.

Needs more towels. Only had 4 for the week. Elevator was broken for 3 days. Thermostat was broken.

Great place to relax and unwind. Bathrooms and kitchen clean and stocked. Bedrooms comfy and nice size. Located in the middle of everything with excellent beach access. Nice pool great balcony view. Elevator needs alittle update but it works and we used it alot.
