Stayed May 23, 2025The property had fabulous views. Unfortunately the AC was broken and would not go bellow 77 degrees. There was a sign that if you reduce it and they have to come out to service it, they will charge you the service call. Linens, you have to bring your own linens, bedding, towels garbage bags, dish towels and etc. Which is extremely inconvenient when you are traveling, possibly flying in for the weekend. You need bedding for 3 bedrooms for your entire family. Bath mats.... not provided, towels ... not provided, dish towels.... not provided. Pillows were thrown on the floor in the closet. AC... not working. Garbage bags .... not provided. So first thing when arriving, you need to go to homegoods type of store and buy items as if you were moving in, or pack it in. It doesn't allow me to upload pictures of it.

Stayed Aug 12, 2023Very nice place to stay. Super easy access to both the pool and ocean. Loved the side storage area for sandy beach accessories. Great ocean view and comfy Adirondack chairs on the balcony. The internet was pretty weak so we couldn't take advantage of the roku, but still an overall great place to vacation.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023The condo was exactly what we expected. It was comfortable enough for 4 teenagers plus 2 adults. Balcony and views are great. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023We enjoyed our stay in Topsail. The condo was as expected from the description. The property pool was somewhat dirty with trash overflowing and bits of food left on the chairs and concrete. This attracted flies everywhere. This is not the fault of the condo’s owner but future renters should at least be aware. I don’t mean a few flies, I mean a lot of them all around the pool. It made it difficult to sit around. Plenty of people did though and lots of kids in the pool. Lots of kids. The property management sent me a text one day with a picture of a luggage cart and some old pizza boxes on it. We left it there for just a few minutes before we we’re taking it back downstairs and throwing out the boxes. The message was very rude, assuming it was us who left it there (which it was but that’s rude to assume and not ask) and threatening a fine if it’s not moved in a few minutes. By then we had already moved it back to where it belonged anyway. It’s just the point that the property managers are rude. All that aside, we enjoyed our stay and there’s a couple kids that you can text and they’ll bring ice to you so that’s good. The beach area was nice in front of the property. We Lu Jed out and had turquoise water like the Caribbean looks. It was amazing.

Stayed Aug 13, 2022From 2 yrs old to 65 years old, we all enjoyed the stay! Great view, and great amenities (especially the on-site ice cream shop). We've heard for many years Topsail is a great beach destination. We couldn't agree more!
