Oceanfront Condo w/ Dual Balconies + Walk to Folly Pier

The host and team were very responsive to our concerns with having to actually turn the heat on for a couple days. (which hadn’t been used in quite some time) The smoke alarms went off due to dust in the vents putting off a slight burning smell. The filters needed replacing, so they sent someone right over the next morning. The internet went out as well one day- it was very windy & again they had someone out very quick. The villa/condo was perfect! Amazing views of the ocean and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We would highly recommend this place and plan on going back again some day!

Beautiful, clean home with everything we needed to be very comfortable. Beds were comfortable, location is perfect and great views from the lanai. Would certainly stay here again.

It was the worst experience of my life with VRBOThe address listed wasn’t on the building so we spent an hour going up and down the road trying to find it. We got there after hours and the the so called “luxury” office number was answered by someone in Ca who knew nothing of the property. After finally seeing the building we were staying in didn’t match the address #Or building name, we tried to get in. After another 10-12 calls informing them that the door was deadbolted from the inside and we couldn’t get in that someone finally had us try the back stairs. First we heard of it and we were able to finally get in.That was 3 hours of a totally frustrating experience.Also, the WiFi that was on our entry email was also incorrect, forcing more calls. The so called local property managers were very unhelpful and if I hadn’t just flown in from the west coast, I would have demanded my money back.

Beautiful property, perfect location!Puzzled as to why a beach house would not have any beach chairs available for guests to use?

Great location, amazing views and quick walk to beach as well as main strip restaurants/shops. This was perfect for our 3 generation family trip to Folly.

The place was perfect location and beautiful right on the beach and near all restaurants and downtown. The condo was so pretty! The stairs and floors were a little sandy though when we checked in. Was disappointed that early check in you had to pay 50. Was glad we figured out how to rent beach chairs and umbrella. Calling the concierge was easy and they were very helpful and accommodating. However, a list of would be helpful on the counter. Games and cards would be nice to have too.Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Perfect getaway for some family time. We enjoyed being together and exploring Folly and Charleston. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the ocean in the mornings while drinking coffee and eating breakfast

Perfect location!

Very clean property. Nice beachfront views with balconies in master bedroom and living area to enjoy the views and the breeze. Walking distance to restuarants and shops. Beds and pillows were super comfortable.

Family had a wonderful week. Unit overlooks ocean and it has direct beach access, easy check in and out process. Enjoyed our time exploring Folly Beach and Charleston.

The location was good. The condo owner needs to spend some profits and replace/update! and repair flooring. Some very old beat up worn furnishings. Bedding provided was very nice.

Myself and my elderly mom stayed at Oceans Edge for a few days. My mom has mobility issues so I needed a building with an elevator, bedroom on main level and balcony with table and chairs so my mom could see the ocean even though she couldn’t walk to the beach. This condo checked all those Bo

The location and area are ideal. The communication with the property management company “Luxury” Simplified Retreats was less than helpful. They tout their concierge service but they really didn’t do anything to accommodate any request that we had. We booked this property with this service in mind but we were sorely disappointed.

One of our best vacations! The condo was perfect and just as described on VRBO. Loved the fact that you walk outside and are just steps away from the beach and a quick 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shopping. The condo was stocked well with anything we needed in the kitchen as far as utensils/cookware. Plenty of towels, beach towels and amenities. Luxury Simplified Retreats was truly one of the best! Great communication! I love how they check in on you to see if all is well or if you need anything. We will definitely rent with them again!

My family checked into this rental and were pleasantly surprised to see it was exactly like the online photos! In our experience with VRBO, this is not always the case! However, the three bedrooms, the view, the kitchen furnishings, and the space for all of us to sit down and eat were EXACTLY as described. It was easy to get to the beach and the view during dinner on the deck was marvelous. We cooked 75% of meals at home in the kitchen and found it to be well furnished. The couch was very comfortable, as were the beds in most rooms. The Queen bed in the downstairs room was quite firm, which was fine with me, but if you like a softer bed, pick a different bedroom! Shortly before our vacation, I shattered my ankle and broke my leg; so I was in a wheelchair for our entire visit. There was an elevator for this building, and it was well-working and convenient! This unit can also accomodate a wheelchair in the first-floor bedroom and bath. For our family of 5, it was perfect!
