Stayed Dec 31, 1969This 1-BR condo has oceanview and street view. Terrace can safely store your beach stuff. Elevators were good and never had to wait long. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Full size W/D for laundry. Pullout bed was comfy.

Stayed Aug 14, 2023Our Family had a great week at Fountainhead. The location was perfect and short, private walkway to the beach was great for everything we had to take for our young ones. The pool was nice, though very little shallow water. Also no toys/ games allowed for the kids and believe me it is strictly monitored. The room was in definite need of updating. The screen door was broken and the fan outside would blow it out of your hand as soon as you opened it. Older cabinets and the loose/ stripped knobs showed. Washer and dryer on site was great. We could always clean and dry suits and clothes for the kids. AC blew cold and consistent providing relief during hot days. Owners provide a lot, even some stuff that isnt mentioned in the listing (beach chairs, umbrella, some beach toys). All in all, it worked well for our small family!

Stayed Jul 22, 2023The condo was awesome with the exception of the shower diverter needing to be replaced. The gentleman that checked us on was less than cordial and could not be bothered with the guests questions.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This condo felt spacious and comfortable for our family of 3 during a long weekend in OC. The central air worked great, we found the beds to be comfortable, and the building was in a great location which was quiet yet still convenient to everything. There were a few minor improvements that could’ve been made but overall we had a great stay that was darn near perfect!

Stayed Jun 29, 2022The proximity to the beach and the amazing view from the balcony make this place an absolute winner! The pool is also just across the dune from the beach and has ocean views- amazingly clean pool and deck! The biggest negative for us was the condo’s front doors- the doors are old, and one has an extremely loose knob. It seems these would be easy to replace, and this should be done for safety purposes. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again!

Stayed Aug 27, 2022Loved that this place was right on the beach and the pool was nice. It was not very clean, I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the bathroom when we got there but other than that, it was nice and we enjoyed our vacation.
