Oceanfront Condo w/ AC, WiFi, Shared Pool, & Seasonal Beach Service Rentals

The beach view was amazing!

We bought groceries on the way to condo and when we arrived the fridge was not cold and our groceries went bad. We reached out multiple times but it was never addressed. The bathroom also has mold growing.

Tub area sits between the two bathrooms, has jets, jets were NOT clean, had slimy black build up in them. Cloth shower curtain had mold on it. One panel of the blinds was missing, which was an issue since this unit is on the ground floor. Overall cleanliness of the rest of the unit was fine. Vacasa fixed the jet & blind issue, i had to purchase a cheap shower curtain the first night so I could shower that night.

No complaints. Right on the beach, 1st floor. Everything needed was in the unit. And it was very clean. If I have 1 complaint it would be to clean the bathtub drain, the water pooled in the tub when showering. But would definitely go back and recommend!

This was our first ocean front condo. It did not disappoint us. Property managers checked in on us and took care of a couple minor little things right away. Great place would stay again.

We have stayed at Crystal Sands for years. You cannot beat the location. We have never had an issue before but this time was different. While vacasa did get back to us after 24 hours, they gave us the wrong wifi network and password which sounds petty but we couldn’t use our phones unless we left the room. There was also a mildew smell coming from the bathroom and we finally figured out it was the comforter and blankets And I didn’t want to spend the time all day rewashing all the linens in the small washer and dryer. We let them know about the mildew the first day and they never responded. These things are easily avoidable especially when you pay for it to be done. We will visit Crystal Sands again but not this rental.

My wife and I had a wonderful vacation. We absolutely loved the Amazing View !! The location was good, close to restaurants, shopping, etc... only thing that would've made it even better is if we didn't have to leave. Only complaint was there were a couple stains on the bed sheets but we didn't even notice until we were packing to leave because we slept in the living room on the sectional so we could hear the ocean every night. We loved our trip and will be staying at Crystal Sands again.

The condo was spotless and the beach being right out our door was an added plus. Will definitely rent again!
