Oceanfront condo - Short Drive to Dining/shops OOP 309

By far one of our best rentals inn 40 years of travel. The kitchen was equipped so that cooking in was easy. Restaurants, shopping and groceries were very convenient. Furnishings, including beds, were comfortable and the view in the property description were spot on. We will return!

We have used iTrips three times to book our Myrtle Beach South vacation. Booking online is easy, management has always been accessible and Mandy is so pleasant and helpful with any questions or concerns. The condo is clean, comfortable and spacious. Being right in the beach is such a pleasure. We do not use the garden/sunken tub/shower in master bathroom and the shower in the guest bathroom is “small” but that is what we use. Converting the Master bathroom tub to a walk in shower would be my only recommendation.

Great stay. Wonderful view. Well equiped Only issue was very poor directions to codo frtom rental agency, upon arrival.

Very clean, view is awesome plenty of space. Great furnishings. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful property

The location is great! Right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops without being in a congested area. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The elevators in most buildings we’ve stayed in have been super slow. Not this building. The elevators were super quick even during busy times. Kitchen is a little snug, but had plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. The shower in the 2nd bathroom is a bit narrow, but if kids are using it, it should be fine. The main negative is the amount of decor. Decor is great, but I prefer functionality. Instead of multiple pieces of art on the wall in the master bath, a towel rod would’ve been great. Having little figurines on every counter and table was frustrating when looking for a place to put our own things. Overall it was a great place to stay.

We enjoyed are stay. It was everything the description said it was going to be. I would love to stay here again.

We absolutely loved this condo and the location. The condo was spotless and well stocked with kitchenware, towels, etc. We enjoyed sitting and eating on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean. The entire building and grounds are very well taken care of. Everything was so organized. The location was wonderful with great seafood restaurants close by. We were very impressed and wouldn't have changed a thing about our vacation. We thank you for your hospitality and we will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Excellent place to stay. Actually been vacationing there for 25+ years. Only issue is recently the HOA has been doing everything possible to make stay less enjoyable. Overzealous security guard and ridiculous entry to the beach with passcodes/cards/apps. When carrying beach gear it is a major inconvenience. Attitude of some of the residents heard on elevator. Bragging about how police was called on people trying to enter premises. The people trying to enter were paying for a room there but couldn't get access code or app to work to open gates. Unfortunately I will be re-thinking my stay next year due to the feeling of just being unwelcome there. This happens when you get retired Northerners with a we are better than you complex running HOA's.
