Oceanfront condo, recently renovated w/ocean views & 21ft. boat slip.

Wonderful

Had a great time visiting Wrightsville. Had wanted to visit for a while. Glad we finally had the opportunity. Number one requirement when visiting the beach is being beach front and this place checked that box. It was cooler so didn’t get to enjoy the balcony as much as I would have liked but the time I did spend it there was great. Loved sleeping with the slider open hearing the waves. Being so close to Oceania was great! Good time!

Best property and very affordable

Our family was in town for my daughter’s wedding in Wilmington but the family all stayed in Wrightsville Beach. This oceanfront unit was amazing with a beautiful view of the ocean and a big balcony to hang out on. Everything was clean and had ALL the amenities needed. The location was great and in walking distance to an amazing restaurant, The Oceanic. A great time was had by all. My only regret was we didn't stay longer. Hope to come back.

Stayed for week off season on the beach. Unit was spacious and quiet. Well appointed except sofa in living room needs to be replaced. We found it unsittable. Also, would be nice if they provided a few more amenities, especially coffee and sweetener. Have stayed in this building before in different unit on upper floor, that has better view of the beach. However, no elevator makes it difficult bringing the luggage up to the room, either on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Would recommend and would stay here again although a bit pricey.

Property was much bigger than expected, very clean and had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo is wonderful. Communication with the managing company was great and very thorough. (I really appreciated being informed the coffee maker was a Keurig.) Because of the photos we were expecting something really nice and the condo did not disappoint! Bright and airy feeling with plenty of seating in the living room. I loved how quiet it was – no squeaky doors, cabinets, or floors. We loved the location and walked to dinner one night. The deck was perfect. You could be in the sun or shade and we spent many hours out there. I appreciated beach chairs and beach towels being available. The kitchen was well stocked. We have already talked about returning.

We rented Aqua Vista for a short weekend to celebrate my parents’ 75th & 79th birthdays & loved this perfect beach condo. Extremely clean & the views were beautiful. The sound front dock was an added bonus as we brought our boat up from Southport for a fun boating day. This condo offers the best of both worlds with beach front & sound access. The limited stairs to enter the condo were great for my aging parents - we all loved it & definitely recommend if you are looking for a great beach getaway.

This was a last-minute trip for Spring Break and we had never been to Wrightsville Beach before. The entire process was smooth even though it was last minute (i.e. the day before) and the condo was exactly as described. It was clean, fully stocked, and in a wonderful location. Everyone was happy and decided that Wrightsville/Wilmington is a great area and we will definitely be back. Zero complaints about this lovely condo and the area. We also had a lot of fun watching all the surfers right from the balcony.
