Oceanfront Condo recently renovated with 2 KING Beds, Pool & Wifi

updated. very charming. Owner communication exceptional.Everything very well thought and planned out from time of booking till departure. Only negative thing I can think of is street S Fletcher is narrow for traffic and not the best for biking or walking. But highly recommend you go there and have a great time. Really good food close by as well.

Super clean, great location, fabulous host!

This was our first time in Fernandina Beach and our stay at this condo was delightful. The renovations were beautifully done. We loved our view of the ocean from the balcony. We had a nice wooden walkway to beach. There was lots of history to enjoy on Amelia Island. I would highly recommended this condo for anyone staying on the island.

We have stay in multiple units at the sand dollar and this is our favorite. Nicely updated. Included everything we needed. Very nice view.

Great time. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Second bedroom was very tight with the king bed. Host was very responsive. All 3 smoke detectors went off in the middle of night with bad batteries and had to be disarmed

The decor was very nice..the host was very responsive. The view from the patio was the icing on the cake. Everything that I needed was available..

This was our first time ever using Vrbo and we picked the perfect property for us.We liked the location and ocean view. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs and an umbrella.The property was comfortable, well-maintained, and nicely located near restaurants and the beach. The owner was easily available.We had a nice stay and would definitely rent again!

Stayed at the condo over the July 4th week. The property manager's communication was fantastic. She replied to any questions usually in less than an hour. The location is great with easy access to all areas of the island. The condo is right on the beach with a nice boardwalk across the dunes. There is ample parking and the condo is well maintained. It was also great that the condo was stocked with all the necessary items like dish soap and laundry detergent. We usually have to hit the grocery store the first night to get supplies, not this time. The bedrooms are a great size. The kitchen is a little small for prepping large meals, but worked great for cooking breakfast. We would stay here again.

This property was very clean and comfortable. Nice view of the beach from the lanai. We had everything we needed. We were steps from the beach and a very short ride into the center of town, grocery stores, and many restaurants. I highly recommend this condo. The owner was very helpful and accessible and questions were answered within minutes. Plenty of room for 4 adults. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The property was well-maintained and comfortable, with great views of the ocean from a quiet balcony. The decor reminded you that you were at the shore enjoying time away. We had everything we needed for a relaxing week, including beach chairs and restaurants within an easy walking distance from the property. We wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Property clean, well stocked, accurately described, great location for walking beach. Pool was a little chilly for me but others enjoyed it. 5 min drive to downtown historic district for dining, shopping and boating activities. Host very responsive. Had a wonderful stay in my happy place. Been visiting the island for 12 years. Loved it.

We enjoyed the Amelia Island experience. Good shops, good eats, & good beach. A great place to just sit back and relax and enjoy the company of friends.

We enjoyed our stay and contact with Norah was great! We had one night and morning without power due to Hurricane Helene’s visit, but the rest of the stay was great and weather was beautiful. Norah stayed in touch during the hurricane and power was restored the next day. Thanks for the great condo!

The condo is on the beach. It is very comfortable.

Property was clean, well stocked, and in an excellent location! Norah was GREAT to work with, and we had an amazing girls weekend despite some rainy days!
