Oceanfront condo near golf with beach access, patio, central AC, & washer/dryer

Our girls weekend was perfect!!! The place was right on the beach, clean and we had everything we needed. Lots of seating choices and the beds were comfortable and it was nice and quiet.

Very nice condo. First floor was great with only a few steps to get in. Easy beach access being ocean front with our own private walkway. Love all the new appliances. Very quiet area would rent again!

Vacasa was pretty terrible across the board. We booked a beach condo we were really excited about just to have Vacasa email us months later saying they could no longer fulfill that reservation so we had to book something else. We found another place that had 1 less bedroom and no beach view now. Not a great start. On check in day we arrived at 3pm hoping our condo might be available earlier than the 4pm official check in time. We were told it wasn't ready because it was still being cleaned. We showed back up at 4pm and were given the keys. We opened the doors and the first thing we noticed were the houseflys that were EVERYWHERE. Next thing we noticed was that the condo hadn't been cleaned at all. Not poorly cleaned...not cleaned at all. Dirty towels all over the bathroom floor. Dirty dishes all over the place. Ketchup smeared on the refrigerator. It was gross. I called Vacasa immediately and they sent over the cleaners. We had to leave the condo for hours so they could clean. Once we returned after the cleaning was done it was now 7:30pm and we now got to work killing houseflys (so we could sleep) and putting away the dishes that the cleaners had run through the dishwasher. No one from Vacasa called that night to find out if the unit was cleaned and if we were satisfied with everything. Since we got 0 enjoyment from our entire first day (and actually did work Vacasa should have done), I asked the manager of the local branch (Scott) for the 1st day comp'd. I didn't think that was a crazy request but he scoffed at it and said he would offer $25 for dinner. I laughed at that since it was a slap in the face. Later I got a call from someone at the Vacasa headquarters in Oregon who offered me the cleaning fee for free. The room wasn't cleaned and we lost the whole first day of a $2,200 rental and you think you will win back my future business with a free cleaning fee? Lol.  During the week we found a fish hook on the carpet which luckily I stepped on instead of my kids. We also had a key to use the outdoor beach shower and Vacasa gave us the wrong key.  It didn't work and the neighbors told us that key we were given was the old key that no longer worked. Vacasa is an unorganized joke of a company. Their customer service is awful. Instead of going above & beyond to right a wrong and make sure I was fully satisfied they tried to be cheap and offer the least amount possible. I would never use them again.

We really loved this condo for our recent beach trip. It would have been a 5star review except it was not vacuumed very well. Found doritoes and crackers spread throughout, a dirty shirt left from previous guest on floor, teabag or something on window sill..... it was a cute condo with all of the amenities, set up very nicely.

Very nice place but a few issues came up. There was a water leak in the main shower and the air conditioning froze up and stopped working. The good news is Vacasa responded immediately and the issues were resolved. In addition, all the mattresses need replaced ASAP. It would be 5 stars once everything is fixed and the mattresses replaced as it is very nice and in a great location.

This property was very clean well maintained and updated. Our thanks to the owner for sharing their home with us. We come up from Florida every other year because we love OC and especially the location of this unit.. Thank you..Bill & Judy
