Oceanfront Condo in Amelia Island Plantation with Pool

Everything was just perfect!!! The location and the view were just amazing! It was very clean and very inviting! We had everything we needed and more! I would absolutely recommend this property and hopefully will return!

John and Karen were excellent hosts. Freshly baked cookies awaited our arrival. The condo provided the perfect beach vibe which is exactly what we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful and relaxing. We wouldn't hesitate to return!

The view was wonderful, beds were very comfortable. I did not realize that you cannot sign up for golf tee times without reserving through the Omni hotel. They don’t accept VRBOs even on property.

The condo was in a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We vacation at Amelia Island frequently. We will definitly book this condo again.

Everything was great. When checking in, the front gate did not have our info so it took a while to make it past the main gate.

This is our second time staying here. The condo is decorated very nice. The view of the beach is great. They have beach chairs and towels and everything you need for a pleasant stay.

This was our second stay in this unit. We had stayed in it two years ago and were careful to book early to get this unit for for this year's stay. It is ideally located, not right within the town but close enough to be convenient for dining, necessary purchases, etc. We highly recommend it.

This condo is located right next to the Omni Hotel which means it is close to all sorts of restaurants and shops. Its also a very easy drive to downtown Fernadina, which was shockingly cute and worthwhile. The owners were great communicators and very easy to deal with. Condo is well equipped and maintained. Views from the balcony were beautiful. I would highly recommend to any couple headed to the area.

The condo was stocked with everything needed to enjoy the beach (chairs/towels/cooler). We appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail with decor/towels/bedding, etc. Loved the view and the location. Driving directions and entry information was complete and easy to navigate.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The space was clean and had plenty of attention to detail, including homemade chocolate chip cookies as we came in. I wish I had known that the Omni Resort pools and fitness center are not open to guests of this property, but there is a small pool attached to the property. The view of the ocean can't be beat, and the sound of the waves as we went to sleep was amazing. We would stay here again!

Turtle Nest was perfect

My friend and I couldn’t have had a better vacation. We felt like we were walking into someone’s home where fresh-baked cookies and cold bottles water in the fridge awaited us! Everything was so clean and fresh! The bedroom and balcony view of the beach were perfect. We were on the balcony lots. Loved the seclusion and security of being on the grounds of the Omni Resort. We felt very safe. I also loved the natural surroundings of the southern end of the island and not being close to lots of other condos and restaurants. This was my first time to the island and I definitely want to go back. And this will be the place I will choose. Best time to the beach ever! Thank you John and Karen. You’re the perfect hosts.

Had a great time. View was amazing. In 15 years of going to AI it’s definitely one of the nicest. John was always readily accessible.
