We had a great stay!!

The condo was immaculate and nicely appointed! The bath towels and linens were high quality. We appreciated the notes throughout the home explaining how to use the amenities. Communication was excellent. Wonderful vacation spot!

North Topsail reminds me of a mix of Emerald Isle and Outer Banks. Beautiful quite, clean beaches. Not too crowded, lots of warm ocean water to enjoy. The 2. outdoor pools are great when you tire of the beach. We used the grills to cook 2 dinners - charcoal needed. We cooked all our breakfast and 1 dinner inside our condo. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kids room has lots of toys. The condo also has 2 beach chairs and 3 boogie boards which came in handy. There isnt a ton of kitchen space for snacks & food other then the fridge but we made it work. Be sure to check out the Karen Beasley turtle hospital! We had a fantastic time, thanks so much!!

This condo was so clean and decorated so cute! Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend! If I had any questions she responded quickly and was very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay overall in this unit. The unit is located very close to the elevator and to the stairwell. Crystal was very easy to communicate with and always answered my messages in a timely manner. The unit was very clean and came equipped with all of the amenities and items that we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. There were extra beach towels and beach chairs that we were given permission to use. I would advise anyone needing beach chair and umbrella rentals to contact Grant’s Rentals prior to actually getting there bc they do not offer same-day beach service. You must contact him the day before you are needing the service to secure your rental needs. The only cons to this unit are 1.) There are no black-out curtains in the master bedroom. It just makes sleeping in at 6:00am a little easier. 2.) The “kids” bedroom does not have an overhead light in the room. The only light, other than from the glass door, is a small lamp. This is a great room for small kids, but was a little too small for our teens.

We were in town over Memorial Day to visit our Marine, who is at Camp Geiger. It is about 25 mins from base. The condo was spacious and clean. There is a master suite with private bath which was nice. The views of the ocean from the balcony are beautiful and you can also see the heated pool area. The host was very responsive to messages leading up to our trip and they even hung a Marine Corps flag on the balcony which was a nice surprise. There is a coffee bar and icecream shop in the building and a Pirate Bar in the building next door...we had good experiences at both. There is also a fine dining restaurant on the premises, but it was closed when we were there.I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay again if we were in the area.The only thing I would suggest is to bring TP and a few garbage bags if you are staying an extended period of time, as there was only 1 of each of those items provided.
