Oceanfront Condo - Fantastic Views, Beautiful Furnishings!

This property is nicely placed on ocean front property and situated close to all the fun. It's nicely maintained . We would stay here again.

The condo was great. It's in a perfect location on the beach and close to local restaurants and shopping. The host was quick to check in on us if we needed anything. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. Highly recommend this place.

Everything was as advertized. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, everything worked properly. The view was great from the balcony. We had a couple questions for the owner and she responded quickly. We all had a great stay.

Such a great location and our host offered us early check in and late check out if we wanted. They have shopping carts when you unload your car which is very helpful if you’re hauling in groceries or lots of luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our Sister's Trip. The oceanfront view was amazing, the host was very helpful. The location was convenient to the beach, restaurants and live music! Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Perfect condo directly on the beach! Great 3 bedroom condo with lots of room to celebrate one of our besties 50th Birthday!! Perfect location- convenient to shops, restaurants, etc- we parked on Friday and didn’t have to get in our car again until we left! Our host, Kim, was AMAZING! Very responsive and granted our wish to get into the condo early when we got there! We will definitely come back again!!!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The condo is extremely clean and well taken care of. The view off the balcony is stunning and we loved being walking distance from the many restaurants and shops nearby. We spent most of our time on the beach and at the pier. Kim is an amazing host!

We had a wonderful week on Folly. We’ve been coming to Folly Beach for over 15 years. The weather was perfect, was able to do some inshore fishing. We stayed at Charleston Oceanfront Villas. The accommodations were great, stocked with towels, wash cloths, toilet paper and even some toiletries as well as dish detergent and detergent for the dish washer. The property was very clean. The kitchen had recently been remodeled and was very nice. The only negative thing was that one of the elevators was down all week which made it a bit unhandy taking the stairs with bags to carry. We were told it would be fixed on Tuesday and worked for a bit before it was out again.Otherwise we had a great week and would recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Loved the location and the view of the ocean. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops and attractions. Had one issue (our fault) and Kim was more than accommodating. Would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is wonderful as we could walk to every restaurant. The condo is beautiful with great views. The only downside was one of two elevators was not working but that wasn’t a big deal. The pool on our side of the building opened late in our stay but we were able to use the pool on the other end of the building all week. Inconvenient but not a big deal. Our host was very communicative, friendly and helpful.

Great week at the beach. This is our second time staying at this unit. This beautiful condo has everything you need. Once you stock up on supplies you never have to leave. Kim is wonderful and responded to everything we needed very quickly. Everything you need for the beach is here. Chairs, umbrella, towels etc. no need to rent beach furniture. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, look no further. Thank you Kim we will be back next year !!

The condo was clean and we appreciated the holiday decorations! It was a super quick walk to the beach and we enjoyed Loggerheads bar across the street. It’s just a short walk to shops and restaurants. This time of year it’s a quick 25-min drive to downtown so we visited the aquarium, did the boat tour of Fort Sumter and tried Fig restaurant (need to make reservations a month in advance). We tried Revelry Brewing in Folly and overall just a cute beach town. It was lovely to have three separate bedrooms and restrooms in the condo.

Very clean, great location, great communication. We were very pleased.

The room was absolutley perfect. Amazing view, comfortable beds and furniture, large fully equipped kitchen, power wash shower. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Quiet rooms with no neighbor noises. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the owner, VRBOs front page price did not reflect the actual room rate. You must click on each date to see the real rate. Huge difference.

Oceanfront Villas did not disappoint! Great listing! Would definitely return! This condo is perfect for a beach stay that is walking distance to plenty of shopping and eating experiences! Short drive to downtown Charleston. Highly recommend!

Great condo with breathtaking views and sounds of the ocean. Everything as advertised. Beautiful furnishings, updated appliances and amazing water pressure in the showers— all the special touches that make our beach week great. Kim was an attentive host. We will definitely return!
