We had a fantastic week!!! We had 6 people in our group and there was plenty of room and space. The views from the balcony was the biggest highlight. Fun and lively place. But also you can retreat and still feel like you are not missing out. The private beach was great. You don’t have to lug around chairs and umbrellas, it’s all provided. I only have a few suggestions for condo owner. 1. Provide more cleaning supplies. 2. Replace the rusted caddy in bathroom. 3. Be sure to check closet floors for cleanliness (floor was dirty). 4. Oven mittens. 5. Re-caulk molded areas in bathroom. 6. Queen guest room was pretty warm compared to the rest of condo. 7. Weird “raid” smell upon arrival. I’d rather smell raid than see bugs but the smell was very strong. I’m still very happy with our stay and we will probably come back!

Very nice

We have stayed at Emerald Grande several times over the years. This was a great unit with a fabulous view! We enjoyed the fireworks show right from our balcony. We love all of the amenities the condo has to offer and we love walking the boardwalk each day. Definitely will return soon!

The condo was beautiful. It had a breath taking view. We were supplied with everything we needed such as plenty of towels, soaps, detergents, shampoo, etc. The staff was very friendly, especially the bellman named James. I highly recommend this condo for a family and friends trip...you won't be disappointed. We had to cut out trip short as our son had a medical emergency, but we hope to be able to visit again one day.

Beautiful condo with great balcony views of the Gulf. Easy check-in at the front desk, loved the included private boat shuttle to a nearby beach, walking distance to lots of different tours/activities (deep sea fishing, Pontoon boats to crab island, dolphin tours, etc) and restaurants (Mcguire’s was so good and across the street). Unfortunately the washing machine was not working but the property manager was very responsive when this concern was brought to his attention and paid for us to get our laundry done as we were traveling to another destination afterwards, which was so greatly appreciated. Overall I would highly recommend this place and we hope to be back soon.

Everything was exactly as described. The only issue was outside patio construction. They began cutting stone 730am including Saturday morning. As a result, the patio overlooking the water was too noisy to sit out on. Also covered in stone dust.
