Great condo with a view of the ocean and boardwalk. The hosts have one of the best stocked extras closet we have ever experienced in all the years of renting Vrbo properties - we didn't want for anything to go to the beach! Susan responds very quickly to any communications before and during the stay, it was very nice to know she was available for any questions. The bed in the one-bed bedroom was so comfortable; we slept very well! The condo was well stocked with tp, bath towels, pillows, books, etc. The complex location is ideal as a base for exploring the island, with shopping and restaurants within a minute for driving and less than 5 minutes walk time. The pool is tons of fun with the two slides and lazy river, and having the restaurant/bar right there is very nice for evenings/afternoons at the pool. The beach is nice, but not great for swimming/snorkeling because of the rocks in the water. We did get to experience a baby seal sunning itself one day -so darn cute! We definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice condo with beautiful view. The location of the condo was centrally located on the island for easy access to the whole island. The pool and slides at the property were very nice and fun for the kids as well.

This condo was perfect, the beach view is closer than the pictures reveal. We could not see the sunrise at this time of year but it is a very short walk to the beach. The deck was big enough for us 4 adults to gather around for meals and games and we were never affected by the ocean breeze or rain. The unit was very clean and well stocked, especially for any beach activity, it has everything you would need. Our host Susan was very quick to respond to our questions before and during our stay. They even gave us a late checkout at no cost! The resort was pleasant, always easy to find a table or lounger. It is also located in walking distance to restaurants and stores to find all your needs. We highly recommend this unit. Thanks again!

Susan was easily available as a host. The unit was clean, well stocked, and I had some of the best nights sleep I've ever had. Every night we had the doors open to enjoy the cool breeze and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. In an era where so many rentals are bare bones, it was nice to find just basics like spices and oils in the cabinets.

Everything was wonderful. The amenities were great. The unit was clean. The only issue is the screen door couldn’t close. Thank you.

It had everything we needed for our perfect family vacation – a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, beach gear, and a great location close to shops and beaches. The ocean breeze from the open lanai doors was amazing, and the beach right outside the property is pristine – perfect for watching the sunrise. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway!

Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Unit had everything we needed and then some. Pool was great for the kids and wasn't too cold for our summer visit.

Very clean condo, near groceries and other stores.Only issue was the internet signal, it was very weak.

The property was amazing it made our trip very enjoyable.

The bathrooms are not equal for two adult couples. One couple gets two connecting bathrooms and the other bedroom gets a bathroom lacking in privacy. The shutters separating the bedroom and bathroom do not close properly! Also, the second bedroom is much smaller and the ceiling fan makes a terrible noise. I know mold is a problem but all the bathroom sinks (under the rims) had visible mold reflected in the mirrors.

Utterly amazing! You can see/ hear the ocean from the lanai! We loved how close it was to the airport, our luau, the fern grotto tour, & the helicopter tour....and only a beautiful hour drive north or south to do more sightseeing. Having a minute walk from the condo to the sandy beach was also perfection - it won't disappoint you!

First time in Kauai for our family and this place did not disappoint. The building and grounds are kept unbelievably clean. The pool, beach and overall property is amazing. We traveled all over the Island stopping at many beaches and we actually found that the beach at this property was the best for kids. The condo is well stocked with everything you will ever need and also has one of the best views on the resort. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast every morning on the deck and will always remember those ocean sunrises! Thanks for everything, we will be back!

Our unit was exactly as represented in the pictures on VRBO. Beautiful accommodations. Our location was so convenient: ocean view, Safeway and multiple stores within walking distance, ice cream and shave ice across the street. Couldn’t imagine a better vacation destination!

Great location! The view from the condo is fabulous! The photos don't do it justice. It is just a short walk to the beach and pool. We watched the sunrise every morning, sometimes from the lanai and sometimes from the beach. The property grounds are beautiful, and the pool is large with many hot tubs and the slides are a lot of fun. There is a small gym that we used as well. We BBQ'd one night. There is a restaurant that is open for dinner. One afternoon they had a waitress coming around the pool area taking orders. That was nice. We highly recommend this property. The condo was spacious and clean. The owners always responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
