THAT VIEW. Watching the sun rise over the ocean never gets old. Gorgeous unit and amazing Landlord. I was hesitant to rent without any reviews, but after messaging back and forth with Cathy (the Landlord), she explained how she had just purchased the unit in July and was getting the unit ready for first time rental during Florida busy season. Once booked, Cathy and I exchanged numbers. Cathy was always available to jump on a call or answer any questions I had via text. My flight was cancelled due to weather so I scrambled to get on a last minute flight out ahead of the storm. I communicated to Cathy and she not only offered to let me into the unit a day earlier since it was empty, she even offered to give me a ride from the airport! On the ride from airport, Cathy gave me a mini tour of area as well, pointing out some of her favorite spots. The unit itself was tastefully decorated and had everything you would need from beach towels and umbrella to extra blankets and all utensils/pots/pans needed to cook a meal. The building was quiet enough for me to work remotely. Cathy and building maintenance man (Bob) were both responsive and helpful when it came to addressing issues that arose during my stay. Perfect dose of vitamin Sea.
