Oceanfront! Beautiful Updated Condo on Private Beach! Awesome Views! HDTV! WIFI

The view was beautiful. I loved the free chair and umbrella service! The condo was really nice. Some things have been recently updated and some things still need some updating, however, it did NOT detract from my extremely enjoyable stay! For the amount I paid for the stay, I was expecting everything to be top notch. I would stay here again, absolutely, but not for the price I paid for this stay.

THE CONDO WAS PERFECT. I should have saved the money and stayed home. The trip was the worst ever.I fell going into the CONDO off the deck.not paying attention to the 4 inch weather stripping at the door.praise God nothing broken, but difficult to wslk or raise my arm. My husband 's new cellphone was stolen. That put a damper on the trip within the first 2 hrs. The next day My Vet call.me to say my beautiful Shitz dog had died

I rely on reviews to tell me how the overall room is, this is first time I've felt that pervious reviews were not accurate. This condo is in need of major upgrades, the kitchen and bathroom look like originals never updated ! Need to put money back into condo, it very obvious they do not check in on their rental, it has tile flooring AND no floor mats except for living room under sofa. The kitchen/bedroom still had items left behind from previous renters, I cleaned before and after we left was left in better condition than we checked in. The BED was extra firm, property posted non smoking, we had 1 night smoke free, our last night because people went home. Only saving grace was nice weather and condo did have beach service BUT you better get out early because everyone gets service and you may end up with second row if you go out after breakfast. We did not like having mandatory insect spraying, we had be back in our room by 10 to let them in. Would we stay again, unfortunately no. This unit is listed as updated condo- nope, only maybe newer item was washer.

Perfect set up for a Well Needed Beach Get away! We have stayed in every Condo Complex in this area of Crystal Beach and you Just can’t beat iT! I so wish more owners would Understand How important “Balcony Furniture” is to your stay at the Beach! Thank You Michael for that PERFECT! Only two things I would like to have known No elevator(I would have packed less) and a ceiling fan in the bedroom would be lovely, for old gals like me! Lol!!! Other than that… LOVED IT ALL!!!

The location is directly on beach. The unit was much more than what I expected. So clean and had a lot of room and beds for a 1 bedroom. The bunks in hall was a nice addition. Great unit, would be back. Nice coffee and breakfast shop just half block walk was also nice

Beach view was amazing. So nice to have morning coffee on the patio. Great communication with owner. I didnt want to leave.

Stayed here for a weekend quick getaway for our anniversary. The host was very responsive and the location is excellent. We stayed during the slow season and it was just our style. The floor plan is unique with two bunk beds built into a hallway nook. I’m sure it would be fun for small children. The balcony is always my favorite spot and we had a wonderful view of the sunset. The bed was a bit hard for an older back, but the rooms offered plenty of space. Parking was great for the size of the property. There was food in the fridge from a previous guest that we immediately through away along with some used butter. Wasn’t as clean overall as we would expect (since this is our 13th VRBO rental experience at Destin). Definitely worth a try!

The condo was just as described. We loved that it was located in an area without a lot of high rise buildings making it very peaceful. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the dolphins and sunsets. We would definitely stay again.

If you like to walk, this unit is 1/2 to 1 mile from a multitude of great food and shopping. The cleaning service is not good with a full wall of mirrors or inside cabinets and under the bed. The unit shows signs of age, such as low toilets, one with a loose seat, and sinks; but these are minor compared to the overall quality and especially the view and location.

The perfect location! 40 feet to the private beach. Whitest sand. Great sounds of the waves Easiest check in ever. Plenty of private parking. Unobstructed 180° views.

Great location, good condo. Have stayed here before. Bit disappointed with the up keep/house keeping this time. Has been better on previous stays.

Very clean, beautiful condo. View is breathtaking

I have used VRBO several times and have not had one issue until this one night stay (my family and I needed a place to stay the night before our week long stay at another condo). I did request an early check-in. Michael, did get us into the unit at 2:00 p.m. Which was nice!! However, the rest of this experience was TERRIBLE. The issues were: 1) We did not have sheets, blankets, or pillow cases for the sofa bed. This was big as my son and his wife had no place to sleep. We had to take blankets and pillows from the other beds. 2) The condo is dirty!!! - The dust on the fan is thick and disgusting! -A dead moth on the bedroom floor -The closet... a complete disaster. Clothes can't be hung in it, as there are sand buckets, boogie boards, beach chairs, ironing board, and vacuum laying on top of all these items. Absolutely no organization in the closet. It isn't even in the door tracks. - There is black MOLD in the trash can. - Parts of the ceilings are falling down. I was truly disappointed and spoke to Michael about these issues and his response was this was his first complaint and he would talk to his cleaning company. I've NEVER written a negative review before on any place that we've stayed. paying over $400 for a night a total of 18 hours I had assumed it would be much nicer. Like the pictures show. It is not... I told him about the issues and had pictures as evidence I'm confident that there are very few people who would find this acceptable. There are many

This rental was just what we were looking for. It was clean and well furnished. It had all the amenities we needed plus some extras like beach chair and umbrella service. The location is fantastic and the view is perfect! We spent every day on the beach and didn’t have to cross streets or walk more than a few steps to the sand. The pool area was nice too. Great communication with the property owners. We will absolutely be back.
