Stayed May 16, 2026We had a wonderful stay at Southpoint! The condo is clean, comfy, & thoughtfully stocked with everything needed. The owners clearly put effort into making guests feel at home. This beach provides the most beautiful morning walks I've ever experienced, anywhere.One of the best parts was all the beach extras provided... beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and even beach toys. It made beach days so much nicer. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and having hair dryers in each bathroom was a nice touch. The pillows are a bit flat so we double stacked them.Check in was easy with a 4 digit code.The pool is smaller, but it is warm, and very enjoyable (once we gained access.)The only issues we experienced involved communication from the management company on pool access. We were initially given incorrect information which cost us a day of using it. BE SURE TO READ the complex management sheet on the back of the registration papers when you get there. It has ALL you need to know. :) They also told us there is a Keurig, so we purchased K-Cups before arriving. But the condo has a standard Mr. Coffee maker. Thankfully, coffee filters had been left behind, so we made it work by peeling the KCups (and left extras for the next guest in case they need some.) No coffee time was missed. Overall, the visit was exceptional. The condo itself is WONDERFUL and I would absolutely stay here again. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

Stayed Mar 21, 2026Got the wrong code for the door. Waited 45 minutes for them to respond with right code. The popcorn ceiling need to go to be make it more up to date. But was a good stay.

Stayed Mar 1, 2026The property was extremely clean and the ocean view was beautiful. I would definitely stay again. The kitchen was nicely stocked (although a keurig would have been nice). We had everything that we needed and more. Only a small thing is that communication regarding checking in could have be updated. We were looking for keys that did not exist and the code for the door was so long it was impossible to remember (10 numbers), finding entrance from garage level was also tricky. Once we figured this out, everything was great and we loved it. I would book again and recommend to others. This was probably the cleanest VRBO that I have every stayed in.
