Oceanfront 3rd floor, Balcony with Spectacular Ocean Views

We really enjoyed our time in Seaside. This condo was in a great location and we loved having an ocean view. The kitchen was well equipped and it was really nice having two full bathrooms. My husband and I went with two of our teenagers, and having a king bed in a separate bedroom with a Murphy bed and a pullout couch in the living room, was a huge bonus! We would definitely stay in this condo again. The only complaint we had was a group of college aged kids above us who chose to make noise until 3 am our first night. Despite this minor problem, we loved the accommodations and would definitely recommend this property.

Great views, clean, close to town, well maintained

It was a nice condo and the late night support staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, they were either doing loud construction on other units or loud cleaning in other units almost our entire stay - even as late as past midnight. The noise was pretty awful. Would not stay here again.

The space and the view are perfect and as expected! There is a lingering odor of old smoke and other smells, but I’d imagine most people can quickly overcome that issue. Overall, a great deal for a spacious condo right on the boardwalk!

The view was wonderful and walking to the beach was close. Place was quiet, clean and everything you needed was there. The only problem was that the internet kept going out and I had to reset it about 15 times and wait for it to come back up.

This property was on the promenade so we had a great view of the ocean which was wonderful. The condo was a bit dated but very clean. There weren’t many additional amenities, i.e. spices in the cupboard or Kleenex in the bathrooms, but other than that, everything needed was provided. It is on the third floor so we had kids running across the ceiling constantly until about 11:30 at night, which was not ideal. There were some things that needed to be repaired in the unit which we reported to Erin, the property manager. She was great.

It was really clean and the view was outstanding. The only thing was the two chairs were very worn out. But the king bed was GREAt! We would stay there again.

Everything was great. They even had chairs to take to the beach. The beds were a little uncomfortable but woth the stay.

The lodging was exactly as expected. The views were oceanfront views with the promenade path below and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The condominium was 1 bedroom with a king bed, had two bathrooms, a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, flatware, and dinnerware. Really nice and super clean.

The stay was great, room was clean and set up nicely. The only complaint I have was the construction workers were moving equipment at 4:00 a.m and woke us up many times. The stay was great and accommodations were good.

Excellent location, amazing views, perfect spot for our family. Kitchen was very well equipped and we had plenty of space for two adults and two kids.

Over the years we have stayed at number of different condos at this location. We love Seaside, but we were disappointed in the living room furnishings. The chairs and the sofa are quite dated and very well worn, well past the point of being comfortable.

No complaints! This was a cozy condo with perfect location. The staff was very helpful.

The view was amazing with easy walking distance to shopping.

Location! Just hope the upstairs renters don’t have kids running and jumping off furniture all the time-

We absolutely loved our stay. Such a beautiful view of the ocean. Kitchen was well stocked, murphy bed was a handy addition. Some parts of the condo were a bit dated but other areas, such as the kitchen, have been updated. We would definitely stay again!

Easily called host when we locked ourselves out! Able to remotely get us in! Our stay was great!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great ocean view and our room was clean and everything was well stocked with everything that was needed. Only thing was the TV remote was not user friendly. So we couldn't watch TV.

We had some conflicting communications regarding parking, but everything worked out in the end.

Place was overall pretty nice. It had everything we needed including beach toys for my child. The views were amazing. The only thing I really have to complain about is it smelled like walking into your grandparents house that smoke inside. There might not be smoking allowed now, but they're definitely was before. And that smell doesn't go away.

I was very pleased with this vacation rental. Great location, fantastic view of the ocean and is close to the main street of Broadway where the majority of the restaurants and shops are located. The building felt very safe, has an elevator that works really well and was reasonably quiet. This particular condo is a bit older but the furniture is comfortable and the TV's are great :)

Older well maintained, super clean condo with lots of space. Excellent location and view. Comfortable mattresses on both the king size bed and the murphy bed in the living room. The deck was larger than most and looked out to the ocean and down to the promenade. I would come book it again!

Stunning view and incredibly comfortable bed. Absolutely my favorite location we have ever stayed in Seaside because of the balcony views and ease of access to the beach. The kitchen is also so spacious and has lots of pots and pans. Hosts had wonderful communication and very quick response time over the phone. Very close to downtown and all the shops and restaurants, we never needed our car. Just one short walk on the promenade and you’re there. I suggest you get groceries before you check in because you won’t want to leave!

Great location with a great view, property description was very accurate. Checking in/out was easy & good communication from property manager. Kitchen was well stocked & easy to find what we needed.

My husband caught his limit clamming directly across the beach from here. Shopping is 2 blocks away. Restaurants too. We felt right at home in this condo. Very comfortable and super clean. Well stocked kitchen! Two full bathrooms! And not to forget - THE VIEW! We loved this condo.

We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves. The place was so clean and accommodations were great!

The interiors of this unit may have been dated and a little worn, but once I saw that view in person I couldn't even begin to care. The unit was well outfitted with a fully stocked kitchen, great towels, comfortable beds, and even items for use on the beach. The family upstairs had some runners, but noise is expected when you're not on the top floor and, also, just look out the window and you'll forget all about it. The location is a convenient walk to everything except a grocery store, but that's just a five minute drive away.Most importantly, the staff are amazing. When we first arrived we had an issue with our rental car. It was late on a weekday evening and I was at a loss for what to do, I called the after hours line, and the property manager went out of her way to help me troubleshoot over the phone while her husband drove over to take a look. He figured out the issue right away and saved our vacation. Can't praise them highly enough!

Very clean and well appointed room in an excellent location.

The property was very clean and inviting when we arrived, the views are fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals. Being so close to the main strip was nice that we could park the car and walk. We had a small issue with the door code but the property manager was quick and very nice. This is our second time staying and we would come back in a hearbeat.

Exactly as pictured, very comfortable, clean and the sunsets were fantastic. We lucked out with great weather. Fun get away!
