Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo, including a private pool on your terrace, as well as two additional shared pools on the rooftop of the building.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located in a quiet, residential area of Puerto Escondido, within walking distance of Playa Manzanillo and El Mirador. Puerto Escondido is a charming coastal town known for its authentic character and relaxed atmosphere.



Getting Around:

You can rent a car (Mexican insurance is required), take a taxi anywhere in town (typically 30–45 pesos), or use a colectivo (shared trucks that function like buses, usually around 7 pesos depending on distance). The area is also very walkable.



Other Things to Note:

We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum. No smoking of any kind.



Please review the amenity limitations (under house rules), as some may incur an additional cost.



Early check-in and late check-out may be available on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee, depending on availability. This cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on same-day guest turnover. Baggage storage is always available.



All guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to their stay. A secure link will be sent before arrival, and completion is required to access the property.



**Please note that the main shared pool at La Escondida is currently undergoing maintenance and is expected to be unavailable until approximately mid-June. Guests will still have full access to the second shared pool during this time.
