We had a great stay at this lovely condo—it is decorated beautifully and very convenient. The balcony/porch overlooking the ocean is lovely. You can walk to Fort Fisher, which was a nice outing and the aquarium is very close. Highly recommended Ocean View restaurant—delicious food, the biscuits with warm strawberry compote were a favorite.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed the space- had everything we needed for a girls’ weekend away.

The condo was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed every night on the porch. Location was great- close to the Fort Fisher ferry and we walked to the civil war museum and property. There was enough beach right in front to sit. We also enjoyed the pool. It was clean and a building away. Highly recommend!

Everything about this property was fantastic. Right on the beach, quiet neighborhood, close to lots of fun activities. The home itself had everything we needed and a few things we didn’t even know we would want. Highly recommend!

Our group of 8 (6 adults and 2 small children) thoroughly enjoyed staying in this 3 bedroom condo. The kitchen had everything we needed, the oceanfront location was perfect and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend this beautiful condo.

The property was just right. Very clean and updated and close to everything we needed!

My family really enjoyed our stay and the views were amazing! The location to the beach was perfect for littles and setting up was a breeze. Definitely the best stay so far. Hopefully we will return for our fall vacation!

This place is a piece of paradise on a pristine beach. It's located on the ground floor right on the ocean front. There's a nice patio off the master bedroom and a larger pation with table and chairs off the living room area. I had my last meal, take out, outside overlooking the ocean. The property is clean, tidy, comfortable and nicely furnished. If you enjoy sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves lapping the shore at night and hearing the sound of seagulls in the morning, There are many restaurants within a walk or a short drive over to Carolina beach. Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium are a short distance from this property. The host was terrific with communication and hospitality. I'd like to go back next week!

We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals, but this condo at Kure Beach is by far the best we’ve ever experienced. Everything was incredibly well thought out—from the labeled light switches to the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. There were multiple blenders, all the dishes and utensils you could need, plenty of towels, beach gear, and more.It didn’t feel like just another vacation rental—it felt like staying in someone’s well-loved home. Every little detail was covered with care and thoughtfulness.Check-in was super easy, and Margie was fantastic from beginning to end. She was responsive, friendly, and everything listed in her contract and on the website was 100% accurate. What you see is exactly what you get—if not more.Each room has its own TV with cable and access to all kinds of streaming services, which made it easy for everyone to enjoy their downtime. The on-site washer and dryer in the complex were convenient and easy to use as well.Our favorite part was having both indoor and outdoor pool amenities, plus being just steps from the beach. The location—right on top of Kure Beach—is absolutely unbeatable. The beach is quiet, great for shelling, and perfect for families looking to relax and recharge. Everything you might need is nearby, yet the area still feels peaceful and serene.We can’t recommend this place enough and are already looking forward to our next stay. We had a lovely stay. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and perfectly appointed. Internet was strong, even on the deck. Margie was wonderful —great communication and helpfulness. The view was the best part. The deck is very close to the ocean. Listening to the ocean waves all night was so very soothing. We loved the peacefulness of Kure beach and the location next to the State Park with miles of walkable undeveloped beach. We’ll come back. Only one negative, and this is directed at the extremely inconsiderate previous guests (we stayed the last weekend in March). When we arrived, the house reeked of cigarettes everywhere. (There are signs that say “thank you for not smoking;” there is a beautiful ocean view deck where you can smoke.) Guests need to show more respect for Margie’s lovely property.

This unit was in a great location!! It was updated and had everything we needed for a great visit to Kure Beach!! Would highly recommend renting from this owner!! She was very helpful and easy to communicate with!!

This property was perfect in every way for what we were hoping. It is truly oceanfront. The condo was nicely stocked, very clean, and had many recent updates. The property comfortably accommodated 7 adults and 1 child. The deck area was used extensively and afforded plenty of privacy and excellent views. Margie was very helpful and the amenities were numerous and very clean. Would definitely book again in the future.

Our family greatly enjoyed our vacation at Kure Beach! Margie's home was attractive, smartly appointed, had new appliances, was extremely comfortable and clean, and provided every kitchen and/or electronic amenity any guest could want, including a very nice assortment of kitchen wares, books and games. The oceanside deck was large with new and comfortable outdoor furniture. The Big Book of local information was an especially appreciated surprise. Margie was a most wonderful host; kind, available and provided extremely good communication for the unit, entry, exit, etc. We would definitely request to visit again!

Our Family was so so so Happy with the Condo. I was a bit hesitate of getting a condo, but it was a great size, the rooms were very comfortable and had great bedding. We love the location as it was quiet and a bit further out of the buzzle of the pier and all the shops. The only downside is that during our stay due to the surf the beach area was very narrow, and it is not fair to say is a down to the location, as if weather would've been better, we probably would've never noticed. We rent a beach house / condo every year, and this is one of the nicest ones I ever stayed.

The condo was perfect for spending much needed time with family. The home had everything we needed and truly made our time together perfect for relaxation and fun. Would definitely recommend!

The property is clean and the location is right on the beach. Not very crowded at all and good for families. The host took a lot of care in maintaining her property including specific instructions for maintaining it. However, as this is a condo, she has no control over her neighbors, their visitors or the cleanliness or maintenance of their properties. Unfortunately, this does affect her property as well.
