Absolutely wonderful place. And absolutely as advertised. Very new and nicely decorated, excellent amenities and the terrace overlooking the ocean was outstanding. The view from the unit or from the terrace is fantastic. Rosalie was a terrific host. We would stay again. 10 out of 10 rating.

Due to unforseen circumstances, my husband and I were not able to make it to FL; however some family members were able to make the trip. Condo was beautiful; well supplied; and we will contact owner again. Also, I cannot say enough good things about Rosalie, the owner. She was a tremendous help to us.

The location, cleanliness and layout of the unit was fantastic. We were five 71 year old women who have known each other since 6 and 7th grades. We loved sitting around the large dining room table or out on the patio well past dark. So close to restaurants and grocery stores. Rosalie always responded very fast to any questions or issues we had. The unit is so close to the pool and beach and was well stocked. The view was fantastic We definitely will return.

Wonderful place and location. The host is very friendly and responds quickly. The condo is spacious and updated. Master suite is amazing with a fantastic bathroom. Stayed with 6 adults and 1 year old and it was perfect! Will definitely be staying again.

This condo has some of the best beach views. The unit is very nicely appointed. Modern and clean decor. All of the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you may need. The balcony is the show stopper with plenty of seating options to relax after a long day at the beach or a quiet retreat with views as you enjoy a book and beverage. Thank you for another lovely stay!

We stayed with our family for a week and the condo was perfect for us. Nice quiet location and the pictures do not do it justice! Lots of space for a family. The ocean view plus being so close to the pool was great. We would stay again.

Rosalee’s condo was absolutely gorgeous! Exactly as described. From the decor to the spaciousness we couldn’t have picked a better condo for our family time at the beach. Her condo is very well stocked. Each bedroom is decorated beautifully and comfortable. Love the marble table in the dining room! And love the master bedroom and bathroom. The views from the master bedroom of the ocean. Oh my! And let’s talk about that balcony! The views of the ocean and the dunes non can compare! It was so relaxing being out on her beautiful balcony that you would catch any one of us napping from time to time hearing the ocean and feeling that wonderful breeze! Our family can’t wait to come back to your condo Rosalee!

Our third year staying at Rosalie’s condo. Great kitchen for the cooks in our family and easy access to the beach. We will be back for year 4!

Can't say enough great things about the condo and owner. We have been taking a week's vacation in Florida during March or April for decades and have never stayed at the same place twice until we found this. Not only two years in a row, but we're booking again next year! That says it all.

This was my family’s second time staying in this condo and we still loved everything about it! It’s a beautiful space, great layout, clean, extremely well-stocked kitchen, and great ocean views. We had the best week.

My entire family enjoyed this beautiful property, the quiet beach, and proximity to restaurants and things. Our priority was a relaxing beach vacation at a place without too much light pollution so we could enjoy the stars and a lovely sunrise. We had that, but also near enough to great restaurants, the grocery, etc. Perfect!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The space is clean and modern. Each area has been tastefully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything needed during the stay. The balcony is very large and overlooks the ocean and dunes. It is a very quick walk to the beach and even closer to the pool. It is a perfect location. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Our family’s stay was so relaxing! The owner provides so much more than the typical rental. Definitely not disappointed and we would wholeheartedly recommend Rosalie’s place.
