Oceanfront 2BR/2Bath Condo in Carolina Beach NC

Owners were very responsive and the condo was meticulous. Kitchen was nicely stocked and appliances were modern. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again and have recommended to friends and co-workers.

Check in process was okay, nothing went wrong. Kitchen facilities were amazing and fully equipped. Cleanliness was less than impressive, especially in regards to the beds, the porch, and the living room rug.

I went for about 5 days with my mother & my kids. We met other family there on the island staying about 2 blocks away. What a great time!! The condo was clean & comfortable. It's on the bottom floor & corner location. Very private. Right outside the condo they have a small grill area to hang out & grill with the crew. The host was very quick to respond with all my questions. The condo was clean, updated bathrooms & kitchen. Kitchen was stocked with essentials to cook at home. Right down the street is the boardwalk, shops & restaurants. Great location! Thanks for letting us stay at your place

Great location. We missed the direction to ask for the check in code 2 hours before arrival so passing along that warning to future guests. It was a rainy week so we had bugs on the first floor, but pest control came the next day

Had a wonderful time here. Very nice condo. Very clean and well maintained. The hosts were very responsive anytime we had a question. Community swimming pool was very nice and not many other communities even had a pool. The community was very well maintained. Very quiet at night and very family oriented. Just steps away from the beautiful beaches of Carolina Beach. Beaches were not over crowded like most resort beaches. We had such a great time and we hope to return here again some time in the future. Definitely would recommend this property and the entire condo complex!

We have stayed here multiple times and love coming back. The condo is always clean, well equipped, and the hosts are amazing! The location is centrally located to anything we want to do while in Carolina Beach! Look forward to visiting again next year!

Up to date property! Great location! Close to the beach and the pool! Kitchen is FULLY stocked. Assigned parking is nice and the over flow lot was never full. Made for a great beach trip!

We loved the location, the space was perfect for our small family and parking was a breeze unlike most locations in the area.

This is a great property. It's nicely updated and we prefer the first level even though there is no view of the ocean. We will definitely return.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay! We felt right at home from the moment we stepped through the door. The listing is exactly as listed. It's very clean!! Excellent host communication. The location and access to the beach are excellent! The pool is nice, too! It's an easy walk to the boardwalk. I highly recommend this beautiful condo!!

The place had enough space me my fiancée and my 5 kids. Very clean. Only bad thing, you cannot see the ocean from the balcony. Everything else is a plus.

Overall everything was very nice. I wish there would have been more towels/dish towels, but overall a good experience. Oh and there’s no full length mirror. Sounds silly but girls like to catch a Quick Look before they walk out for the day.

We stayed 4 nights, checking in on July 4th for the holiday weekend. Property was well kept and clean and the perfect location for beach access and evening activities. Our host Mark was very responsive and provided outstanding recommendations for restaurants and local activities. Would absolutely stay again!

The property was great. Great Location. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. Hallway bathroom sink drained really slow. Overall great place to stay with fast great communication with property manager.

Outside of not seeing the ocean from first floor, it's very nice. Two babies under 2, myself, hubby and father. Plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen and easy access to beach. Will return but maybe 2nd or 3rd floor for ocean view. Property owners were quick to respond to any questions.

We stayed @ A Place @ The Beach for a small beach getaway with my husband, son and myself. It was easy to check into and pretty close to everything! We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone!!!
