Oceanfront 2BR Condo with Balcony Views & Pool on Amelia Island

Spacious 2-bedroom 2-bath condo immediately overlooking a gorgeous beach from the 6th floor (next to top). Recently updated appliances and all the amenities. A great location mid-way down the outer coast of Amelia Island. Would rent again.

Loved how spacious the condo was. Very comfortable furniture especially the king bed. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Wonderful views. Great swimming pool! Would definitely stay there again.

This property was wonderful. So clean and well equipped. We loved our stay and if we were to return we would check to see if this property is available. Communication was also awesome. View Amazing! I have zero to complain about. Location was also very very good.

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for the kitchen. Ice machine worked fine, plenty of pots and pans, etc. The coffee machine was broken and they replaced it immediately. The water pressure in the kitchen is low but everywhere else it was fine. Communication was excellent with management. The two twin beds are just that, twin beds, We thought one was full from the pics. The views are great and it's really a nice unit. We would return for sure!

This is a very clean condo with plenty of room. The comforters were so soft and cozy. The view is gorgeous. The patio is very private with a direct view of the ocean/beach. It is located right in the middle of everything you would want to do. A gas station is right across the street. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Just bring your own spices, coffee etc. Furniture was nice and good decor. Very cozy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot for a quick getaway!! Will definitely keep “L6” in mind the next time we go to Amelia Island!

The condo had been remodeled which was beautiful. It overlooks the ocean with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Being conveniently located, it is easy to shop and have a wide variety of restaurants nearby!

Everything was just perfect with everything that you would need staying in this condo! The beach view was amazing! We REALLY appreciated the beach chairs that we could use during our stay here, you don’t know what a lifesaver that was especially since we spent a lot of time on the beach! My only complaint was the water pressure was terrible, but I think that’s out of the control of the owner. It may be a Florida thing because it seemed like there was no pressure at restaurant’s also! Thank you for a nice Vacation and a beautiful place to stay!! We definitely needed warm sunny skies because we live in Rochester, NY!!

We love Amelia Island and will definitely come back again! Beautiful condo, beautiful location, stellar restaurants, gorgeous sunrises, just to name a few reasons to return! See you next time!!

Everything was great! Communication before and during our stay was exceptional. The property was nice. We enjoyed our vacation.

This was a great condo which we were lucky to snag for a short term rental. Communication with the rental company was excellent. Condo was nicely updated and sitting out on the balcony each evening was always special. The only negative was that one of the elevators was out which made it harder to get up and down. Beach and pool area are great!

Bedroom with 2 beds, beds should be positioned under windows as it is very difficult to get into closet. Storm slider door needs to be oiled. The fan on outside deck the string is too short to reach. Very nicely appointed with extras Thanks
