We were pleased with this property and Fernandina beach. The condo comfortably accommodated four adults and everything was provided for quick meals.The morning sunrise with a cup of coffee was a wonderful way to start the day.

This property was everything that you could ask for in a vacation getaway. The photographs are true to life. The property was very neat and clean. We could not have asked anything more. You are literally just steps from the beach. The owners were phenomenal with communication and offered amazing suggestions for things to do/where to eat and shop. It was also perfectly quiet! The beach was never crowded. I would definitely recommend to family and friends and would look to this property first before attempting to book another trip!It is also in a prefect location for day trips! Ft. Clinch, St. Augustine, Jax Beach, Savannah, Jekyll Island and even Hilton Head (we did all of these!).

Comfortable and great location to downtown, Fort Clinch and of course the beach. Check in was easy and Brian gave great instructions and information about the area about 4 weeks before our arrival.We hope to stay here again.Gave 4 stars because it could use a deep clean around the corners and baseboards.

Celebrated our 29th. anniversary....it was cold, saw snow but over all it was a good time

This was the perfect place for us to have a “Grandparents’” getaway for New Year’s. Loved sitting on the balcony reading and catching some sun while my husband watched all the bowl games. Our favorite place to eat when we didn’t cook was Sliders.

Excellent property with ocean view, short walk to the beach and plenty of dining and other activities within a short drive. Fernandina Beach is close enough to Jacksonville for a fairly convenient game day drive, but far enough away to escape the circus the rest of the weekend.

overall great stay but the property could use a good deep cleaning

Fall break get away. Hurricane Milton almost ruined our trip but things cleared up and we were able to still make it without any trouble. Had a great time!

We had a great time. The condo is in a great location and exceeded our expectations.

It was heavenly to see and hear the ocean from the balcony. I just hope our next trip will be more days!

This seems like a secret gem in don’t want too many people to know about. Perfect location, ease to beach that was almost empty. Very caring and responsive host. Love to return some day.

Great view, easy access to the beach, very clean, nice place to stay! Many things to do in the area, great shops in downtown area. Good restaurants all around. Can't wait to go back.

My younger kids wanted to stay in the pool and my teenager wanted to be at the beach which wasn’t crowded. It was a perfect vacation
