OCEANFRONT 2 bed/2.5 bath Townhouse! Pool & Tennis

We have stayed in Sea Place several times, but never in an ocean front unit. Beautiful views. The condo was clean and well maintained. The owners cleaning requests were what we would have done anyway.

A host! Fast communication. Property and grounds are amazing! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Been coming to this beach for 30 years. Almost always to the same neighborhood. This unit was the most updated and clean of them all! Communication was amazing on the check in and how to access amenities. 10/10 will look for this unit again next year.

Great condo!

Beautiful location. Condo is very clean and communication and check in were so easy. The beach was fantastic. Host had umbrellas and chairs but beach chairs would have been a little more comfortable. Overall fantastic place and fun area to visit.

My friend and I stayed 3 nights at the condo. The condo is decorated very nicely. It is very clean too! There are 2 balconies with sliding doors that open up to view the ocean and hear the surf. The condo complex was quiet, not a lot of activity. The beach is easy to access, great for long walks. Historic ST. Augustine was a quick drive away.

The views from the living room and bedroom were beautiful. Both balconies were private. Access to the beach was just steps away. Our host Cindy was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Everything from the bed, bedding, towels, and decorations was just perfect! My fiancée and I loved it and hope to come back next December!!

Location was great! Not far from grocery stores and restaurants. Boardwalk was close to us, and made for a short walk to the beach! Absolutely beautiful condo! The view was amazing from living room and master bedroom! We even got a Suoer moon one evening! The place was so clean, well decorated and very comfy! Candy was amazing! Despite a couple of hiccups, she was on top of it immediately and so very accommodating! We will definitely be back to this location! Hopefully sooner than later! Thank you Candy for making our stay so special! We truly enjoyed our time there celebrating our 21st anniversary!

The townhouse is in a perfect location and the view is awesome. It was very clean & had everything we needed. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Host was quick at responding to any questions we had. We will be back!

Every detail you can think of that you would like to have in a place when you are away from home was thought of by the owner. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked; not bare bones like you typically get. The views were great, location perfect, just steps to the beach. Will definitely be returning.

The condo at Sea Place is located close to plenty of great restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations, not to mention it is close to downtown St. Augustine, the old city. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and perfect for three people. Beach access is very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was very well stocked and clean! The location was perfect. From the front door it was about a 2 min walk to the be on the beach and 1 min walk to be in the pool. The walkway to the beach was easy and clean. This is now our favorite beach and condo we've stayed in! Will definitely rebook!

We spent just shy of a week in this condo, the location was perfect! Just a few steps to the beach. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived, and the amenities were great. There was a cooler, beach chairs, and umbrellas tucked away in the closet under the stairs that we really appreciated! There were plenty of towels and linens for use in the condo, and even a set of beach towels to be used at the beach and the pool. The pool was nice and very warm although we only visited it once as we were there for the beach. The location overall was nice, its in a residential area but only a few minutes drive to a few restaurants and not far from downtown (about 15 minutes). If we ever come back to St. Augustine we will return to this rental!

This is a beautifully appointed property with a nice view of the ocean. Very relaxing and most comfortable. Perfect for our walking on the beach. There were many extras we didn't utilize like beach chairs and umbrella, etc. The decor really appealed to us enhancing the stay.

My husband and I stayed here for the first time last week, and we loved it! It was very clean and well maintained! It had an incredible view of the ocean and was very spacious! The pools were beautiful and clean! It was very peaceful, listening to the ocean waves on our balcony and relaxing at the pool! It has easy access to the beach and ocean on a nice boardwalk, which is stretched over a beautiful nature area between our condo and the beach! The neighborhood is great and includes tennis courts, basketball and bocci ball areas! The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable! The master bedroom bed was very comfortable! It was especially nice to have a balcony on both levels of the condo! There are many attractions and restaurants nearby!! Such a fun place to visit and lots to do, but having a great place to unwind and relax was a big perk to staying here!! Great job to everyone that welcomed us and made such a nice stay for us!!

Booking a place for vacation is always a gamble. The location does not always live up to the pictures. This one does! The view from the bedroom balcony is amazing! The VRBO was clean and well decorated. Everything was set up nicely. Communication with the host was easy. I asked several questions at different times and was answered very promptly. We will be staying here again.

Property was very clean and quiet with an oceanfront view to practically your own private beach. Only a 10 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine. Would definitely recommend this place for your next Florida vacation

Place was clean, in a great location, with really nice beach views. Really enjoyed our stay. If I had to pick something to complain about the bed in the master bedroom was creamy, springs seemed a bit worn out, but overall we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay, awesome view. Close to everything you'll need. Property manager Candy is awesome! If you have any issues with the property, Candy gets it handled double fast. We'd stay here again no questions asked.

This townhouse has great ocean views on both floors. The inside was well appointed and very clean. I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone!
