Oceanfront 1Br/1Ba condo~ The One

The view was fantastic, however, the condo was greatly lacking and a bit disturbing. I never do this. I don't like to give low reviews but this is important. There was peeling paint, patches on walls, mold in shower near seat. It was very cold and furniture was uncomfortable. There were strange knocking sounds and the building felt unstable. It was scary. It looked like there were some attempts to stabilize the building under the structure. This was happening during times when there were no reported earthquakes. Thankfully, there were no bugs and the kitchen felt clean and had what we needed.

Great ocean views, simple walk to beach, gorgeous sunrise and sunset, great new year's eve celebration! Can't wait to come back. Also love that this unit is dog friendly.

Our stay was very nice. The unit was well equipped with linens and kitchen items. It is pet friendly so although we did not bring pets, there was some hairs on the sofa. Not a big deal to us, but it is advertised as pet friendly, so that could include remnants of a pet stay! We loved the view and how close we were to the pier. It was a perfect place for just the two of us. It sleeps four, but I personally would have felt crowded having people use the pull out. We definitely will be back!

Great location right off the beach. Easy access to the pier and good restaurants. Plenty of basic essentials necessary for a short/longer stay. Could use some updating & fresh paint, but overall a nice spot. Property management was very responsive & helped us quickly resolve a minor issue we had with not being able to control the AC from our unit. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location, walk directly to the beach. Close to all restaurants and Bert’s market. Needs new painting and some minor repairs. Loved the shower!

We loved that we could clearly see the beach both from inside the property and out on the deck. It was perfect for us and our dog. We hope to be back!

Great location right on the beach. A little sparse as far as amenities go and the condo itself could use an update, however it’s RIGHT on the beach so who cares? Great little place for a couple nights stay and perfect location to the market for free coffee on the morning!!

We loved our stay! This is a corner beachfront unit with windows facing the beautiful sunrise. We enjoyed the screens in the windows which allowed us to hear the ocean while inside. There just enough kitchen supplies to make some simple meals. The shower was incredible! Dogs are allowed on the beach and our pup loved staying here as well! Would absolutely recommend.

My wife loved the place. Wants to go back in the future.

This unit is highly rated however the condition is not good. This unit has multiple areas that need peeling paint and water damage repaired. Every room of this unit needs something including an exterminator as we found multiple roaches during our 2 day stay. Very unfortunate experience since the location is prime.

This was our second year renting the condo for Thanksgiving weekend. It is the perfect location. Burt’s market is our go to place which is a half block away, everything is in perfect walking distance.

Upgrades are very nice! Had a corner condo on first level and the views were exceptional! Kitchen was well equipped. Would suggest the owner invest in a new mattress.

Our first vacation to Folly Beach was a success and plan to be back in the future. Great location, convenient to everything.

Situated right on the beach….it was great for relaxing and going into the water. Management very accommodating. We would rent this unit again for sure.

Need upgrade kitchen stuff. Unfortunately we had to leave early because of Hurricane Debby.
