Oceanfront 1BR Condo – First Floor, Sleeps 4, Unbeatable Views & Location!

Great unobstructed views. Bathroom could use more counter space or functional shelving for girls stuff. Excellent placer to stay. We didn’t want to leave! THANK YOU!!!

My family and I spent two nights in this North Topsail home. We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

It was a nice place to stay. Kitchen fully equipped with everything. Towels and wash clothes in bathroom so no need to bring any. It was cozy.

The kitchen was equipped with the basics & the view was beautiful. We watched dolphins playing from the comfort of the living room. Check in was simple, unit was as described and the host responded promptly.

This was a great place to stay. Right on the beach. We came right after they had had that nor’easter come through, still beautiful.

Our sweet host had our condo ready early. I messaged her to let her know it was our honeymoon and we had to leave where we got married at 11 and see if we could check in early. And she made it happen!

Perfect size for the 2 of us! Loved being on the first floor and having direct access to the beach. Pay attention to the tide chart because high tide comes all the way in, but it was not a deterrent to us. In fact, it gave us a unique viewing opportunity from the balcony that we enjoyed thoroughly!

Super nice place. Small but very accommodating. My wife and I had 3 kids and each had there own sleep space. Would highly recommend for husband wife or husband wife with a kid or two! I will add fold out coach is nice and comfy as well.

This has become my go-to place for R&R. It's so restful, I always leave rested, refueled with joy and peace. I always find new places to eat and tourist spots if I want to and then come back to easy comfort.

Peaceful surroundings with ocean waves and seagulls making the only noise. Dolphins gave us a show on two separate days. . . nice treat. Very clean and neat accommodations.

Property was great. If you prefer a beach to walk out to, this is not for you. The tide there leaves no beach to walk on. It is straight ocean unless you wait for the low tide whi ch in our case only allowed like 3 foot of wet beach sand exposed to do so. There is public beach access up the road if thats what you are wanting to do. We did enjo enjoy the ocean waves right under our balcony pretty much and also the sound of the waves as we slept in the back bedroom. It is loud and and no need to open windows or doors to hear it. The only problem we had was with the heater. We went in November so nights were a bit cold but the heater wouldnt heat the area and would constantly make a weird sound then shut off, only staying on for like 3 or 4 min at a time. Me and my daughter froze at night so we dressed in full clothes, snuggled, and shared her blanket she brought. We were only there two nights visiting Camp Lejeune where my late husband was stationed so i didnt bother contacting the owner. Overall the place was great!hadhad to wear full clothes and mypu

Nice place to stay. The flowers are pretty there in the natural area by the steps. Open consept comfy furniture . Sad that the erosion is so bad in the area.

Honestly! I stay at VRBO’s quite a bit and this bed is the most comfortable one that I’ve had! Kudos to the owner for caring about visitor’s comfort!

Pull out the sofa mattress and wake up to the waves! The tide was magical during our stay. There are two keyboxes on the door so be sure to check both. We love Topsail and look forward to visiting again soon.

If you are looking for a place that you can go to and find peace this is it. I do not do touristing, I go for the ocean and the peace. Year rounders are great if you speak to them. I just go sit on the balony, go find good food, go to the bar up the street and that's all I need when I'm there. Thanks again for a great stay

This was a very nice. It was the perfect size place for me and my wife. The owners were very helpful with everything.

The unit was clean, which is always a great thing. However, the door handle on the fridge had been torn off. That didn’t affect the fridge operation but it’s not what you expect in a rental. The big issue was the AC in the bedroom - it was loud! Every time it came on, it woke both my wife and I up. There was also some kind of funky smell in the unit. One last thing, don’t stay here for beach access, there’s no beach here . The ocean comes right up to the sandbag wall and stays there most of the day.

The condo was perfectly situated right on the beach. Beach access was right around the corner. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was easy to contact and immediately responsive. We will be back!

My daughter and I stayed only one night as NC was not our final destination. We arrived around 9:30 pm and left by 10:30 am so our use of the property was limited. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean before going to bed and watching the people collect shells the next morning as we ate breakfast on the balcony. We also enjoyed a short beach walk before departing. The place was nicely decorated. The furniture comfortable. It was clean and we felt safe. We would stay there again if we ever find ourselves that way.

This was the furthest North we have stayed at Topsail, but it’s a wonderful location. We loved being on the first floor. Upon entering the room we were stunned at how fresh and clean condo was. It was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever been in. First we will talk about the view! You cannot get any closer to the ocean. Due to no fault of the owner, the beach is unable during high tide, but to sit on the deck and watch the ocean is breathtaking. There was no noise from neighbors and we were at complete peace for 4 days. My husband slept in the bed and said it was comfortable and the air conditioner kept him cool. I slept on the pull out couch and i was shocked that it was actually comfortable and the air conditioning kept the whole room comfortable. The coffee pot worked and there were cups, glasses, plates, etc. This rental is a gem and i can’t wait to go back. The only downside is i wish we could have stayed longer.
