Stayed Jun 25, 2026Wonderful location with a family of four wild boys. It was wonderful to sit on the patio and watch them play in the sand right outside the door. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of space for our big family, kitchen was well stocked with nice new amenities, enough towels for everyone and a washer and dryer in the garage was very helpful. The skylight in the bathroom was my only concern. It was pretty bright really early in the morning and no way to block the light. But that’s just because I’m a cave person and love the pitch black. Thanks for hosting us!!

Stayed May 14, 2026We loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean! (And a beach Zamboni at 5:30am lol, but fell back asleep from the relaxing waves). Lovely condo, exactly as pictured. Perfect location for us to stay at for our daughter’s graduation from SDSU. We plan to go back!

Stayed Apr 12, 2026We could stare right out to the beach for hours on end. Lots of room, well equipped kitchen, and did I mention THE VIEW. We hope to be back as soon as possible.

Stayed Mar 27, 2026Everything was great. The views were amazing. The house was beautifully remodeled and decorated. It did have a musty smell when checking in but I believe that was from the air conditioning being shut off; after that was turned on it was perfectly fine. The garage door opener stopped working despite the battery but we got a response back within the hour to help us get to our vehicle. It would be nice to have a laundry basket to do laundry ( I used the beach towel basket). All other amenities were sufficient!

Stayed Nov 22, 2025The response time over text was great. However, I didn't like being bothered about having to be home to get the trash bins out. There's got to be a better way to do it. I was out to dinner with my family and the disruption was unwelcome.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025The location for this property is fantastic. Layout is great, gorgeous views. I would love to give 5 stars however, there were basic amenities that were not working like TVs, oven, leaky freezer. I expect these things to work by default and not have to spend my vacation time having to contact the property management company to fix these things. Especially given the cost. On the bright side, the management company was very responsive and the repair tech was professional and efficient.

Stayed May 28, 2025Our family of 6 spent a wonderful week in this beach front home. The house condo was very clean and contained everything we need for our stay. The view delivered all they promised. We were in walking distance to Belmont Park and several restaurants. The bedrooms were nicely decorated as seen in the pics, and the beds very comfortable. Based on on reading prior reviews we knew that we would have to play a little parking shuffle with our SUV. We made a conscious decision to do so, because this rentsl checked all our our boxes. It turned out to not be that bad. We were able to find parking, and Fri-Sun no shuffle required! There is some damage in the master bathroom ceiling. It was covered. It had zero impact on our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 7, 2025Incredible condo and location, perfect for families. When we got there the hot water wasn’t working and bluewater responded promptly (despite it being after hours) and came to address the issue. Well-equipped kitchen (including sharp knives which is a rare and much appreciated find). As a heads up to others the only seasoning/cooking ingredient is a small thing of salt. This wasn’t problematic, just more an fyi if planning to cook these will need to be retrieved. Overall impeccable experience, fantastic way to experience San Diego
