Stayed Jul 19, 2017Will never return! Absolute filth! Staff could not be bothered! Smashed bugs on the bedroom walls, showers were dirty, urine soaked blanket found in the guest closet, wasp nest on the patio, old dirty underwear found in the bathroom. Bottom line, it doesn't seem like the staff take pride in the work they do or the care of the property. I actually feel sorry for the individual owner of the unit. Surely they can't know how poorly their property is being taken care of.

Stayed Jun 1, 2017Conveniently located on the beach. Nice condo. Rental company never provided correct check-in instructions. Had to spend a couple hours on the phone to get the correct info. I'm still waiting on a return phone call.

Stayed Dec 29, 2016The condo itself was great. Very clean and a good location on St. Augustine Beach. We were able to see the ocean from the balcony (the unit is on the top floor). The Ocean Village Club is well-maintained and the pool and looked very nice (we didn't use it because we stayed over New Year's, a little too cold!) We were surprised at how big and airy the condo felt with the tall ceilings. The kitchen utensils, pots, and pans were sufficient for what we needed during our stay. The only reason this wasn't a 5 star review is that I did not receive check-in information and had to reach out to Vacation Rental Pros the day before we arrived on my own. The staff was very helpful and everything went smoothly thereafter. We had issues with one of the gate cards but it was resolved quickly by the rental staff and they even checked in with us later which was very thoughtful of them.
