Ocean Village Beach Condo, Golfcourse and Tennis Resort

The place was beautiful but had hard time finding the unit. It was peaceful the beach was gorgeous.

Good times

We had a very good stay, condo was clean and communication was good with the host. Only complaint was the couch needs to be upgraded. It is wore out and not comfortable. Also the thermostat to control the air is a terrible one that is hard to use but we figured it out. But we were out enjoying the beautiful weather we had.

We all had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect.

This was perfect place to stay for the collegiate swim meet my daughter competed in. Would definitely recommend

The place was in a great location and was everything it said it was. The owner was great as well. WiFi is pretty bad- so don’t count on that. But everything else was great!

Overall the unit was nice and fully equippedqqqq. Needs a new sofa though. WiFi was not working but that wasn’t a big deal because I have unlimited data and a hot spot for my tablet. Hard to find the unit so better directions from the owner would be helpful. Also the main pool/tiki hut and restaurant were closed for renovation and we were not informed.

We had an amazing 2 night stay for Labor Day weekend. The host went above and beyond, allowing us to check in early due to us arriving early then 4. Also had a malfunction with the PIN code lock but host called me right away and helped us figure it out. The condo is adorable and very comfortable. Top line sheets, mattress and pillows make it even cozier. We will definitely be back!

This property was not well maintained. Upon arrival it was hot, stuffy and obviously had been closed up for some time. Ants were in the kitchen, dining area and bathroom. From the get go, we had trouble with the air conditioning. tried contacting the owner from the morning of 7/25 and finally had the area's community rep reach her. Even with the instructions she gave, the temperature never stayed near a comfortable level and finally gave out completely some time during the night of 7/26 citing no power and equipment error. By that point the door code had quit working and we could not lock from the outside. We packed up and left the morning of 7/27. We called leaving messages and texted her through the VRBO app before we left, but never heard back from her till 7/30 via a text on VRBO offering a refund of two days. I texted back saying that was not sufficient but to this point have not received any further messages nor any refund. So, needless to say really, it was not a good experience and ended up costing more to get last minute accommodations.

Great location just stinks that main pool was closed.

Great location on Hutchinson island with just the right amount of remoteness away from the hustle and bustle of real life. The beach is beautiful and clean and easy walking distance from the condo. The pool and facilities were clean and grounds were immaculate. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. We’ll be back next year!!
