Amazing view of the beach from every window in the condo. Very cute little enclosed balcony perfect for having a morning coffee and watching the beach come alive, or having a picturesque view of the sun setting on the water. It has a nicely appointed open kitchen with all the amenities of home. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets where very soft, so nice in fact that I contacted the owner to find out the brand so I could buy a set for myself. There is a bbq on the porch just outside the front door which is very convenient. They provide you with towels a plenty, both bath towels and beach towels. There are also fold out chairs in the closets for you to take down to the beach, nice touch! The only con I experienced in my stay was that the second bedroom's bed was a little squeaky. With that being said, would recommend and would definitely stay again.

The location and view was impeccable! Shops, restaurants, and pier easily accessible on foot. My only complaint is that it had a very strong food odor that remained for the entire stay and it would have been nice to have an extra paper towel roll. All in all, I do highly recommend this location!

The property is located on the beach and the view from all the rooms is just amazing. I loved the views as well as the calming ocean sounds we could hear from the bedrooms. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and beach views from all the rooms and excellent location walking distance to restaurants, stores, beach, and lots more. We will be back soon. The only negative was carpet dirty and should be replaced with hardwood floors. Thank you will be back

Amazing views!

Hassle to park in the garage with finicky key pad. Wasn’t told which unit we had so a little tricky figuring out which unit to try our code. Bathrooms were a huge disappointment. They need to be updated badly. Our bathroom shower was moldy. Could have been a little more accommodating with more shampoo and conditioner. There was enough for two of four people for one day only.

Beautiful views and perfect place for me to reunite with my brother who I hadn’t seen for nine years. Little did I know it is an area that he visits often for quiet time on the beach.

We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed every minute. Opened up the windows to hear and smell the ocean air. The owner was responsive to questions. This is a great place to stay!

Everything was great about the condo. This is our third stay at this property because we love the location and the view.The only inconvenience we had was the neighbors above us on the weekend were extremely noisy late at night. Willstay here again in the future.

Escaped for a quick weekend get away with my gf and our boys. The condo was clean and cozy with amazing beachfront views and conveniently located within walking distance of everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back to visit again!

The condo was super clean and very comfy, and had everything we needed, but the headline is THE VIEW!!! Simply amazing! We sat in the sun porch every morning and every night (and every minute we were not out and about) just taking in the beauty. All the windows open - you can basque in the sound of the waves and get lost in the peaceful view up and down the coast! Could not have asked for anything better! This place is a true gem. Book it!!!

This was the perfect place to get away from everything and be with family. The location couldn’t be better and the space was very comfortable. Beautiful views in every direction, and bam, the beach and wharf is right there. Of note, we had our elderly mom and my husband with us who doesn’t walk very well and there are a couple sets of stairs to get to the second story. They were able to with assistance, but something to be aware of if you have anyone in your party with ADA limitations. Otherwise, we just loved our stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very clean accommodations, lots of space, comfortable and that view of the ocean cannot be beat! We will be back!

Sister trip with LA and SF made Pismo the perfect meeting place. The condo is clean and comfortable. If you like to cook, bring a sharp knife and a good skillet. Ither than that, you should have everything you need. Great communication. Very clean. Will be back!

Unit is perfectly located next to beach and big windows plus sun porch give awesome views of ocean all day. Secured parking is a bonus. Putting this on our Repeat List for sure!
